Literally one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I've travelled a bit. Rooms were large and very clean, our maid was exceptional, we opted for a clean every 2 days and the room was spotless, bed was always made up beautifully. Although the majority of the guests were German, the food was out of this world and catered for everyone. There was always something different. It was always fresh and appealing, the colours, flavours and textures were mouth watering. We had our favourite things ofcourse but the variety meant we could try something new every day If we wished. My dad especially liked the soups. The deserts and ice cream were also firm favourites. Fresh pasta dishes daily and fresh fruit, pastry and bread made fresh daily. The gardens were green and gorgeous and very well tended, the grounds team were always hard at work. The facilities were great if you were sporty, the gym and pools were well maintained. Aqua aerobics daily and there was always things going on. Short to the taj lunch area and humongous beach. Soo much space. We are definitely returning to this hotel and will look at other robinson hotels for future holidays. Truly enjoyed the whole 11 days. One slight bug bare was that was not much information in English so we missed out on some of the activities.

Great location with direct access to a beautiful beach. The activities are one of the strongest points of Robinson Agadir, with plenty of options throughout the day. The entertainment team puts a lot of effort into creating a lively atmosphere and making sure there is always something to do. Overall, the resort has a great setting and a lot to offer. However, service could be improved. The restaurant is good during the first hour but then becomes disorganized, with missing plates and utensils and food not always refilled. Housekeeping also missed basic details such as replacing towels and refilling shower gel. Most disappointing was that running shoes forgotten by the pool disappeared and were never recovered. Another guest had the same experience with valuable sunglasses left in the restaurant.

This has got to be the best hotel in Agadir imho. I don't understand the negative reviews surrounding German only etc, I'm English and had no bothers at all. Everyone there was polite and helpful to a fault. Everything was clean, not just the rooms, the corridors, the plates the cutlery, the lot. Shout out to some staff here, El Mehdi and the bellboy crew who were absolute superstars, young mohamed at the bar and the other bar staff whose names I didn't get and the shopkeeping staff Leila and Driss who were a great laugh. The cats they have rescued were of particular interest to my wife who loved seeing them all. The food was excellent, even had a special night there with a concert level violinist while we ate, it was all top notch, faultless. Are there any downsides? Well depends...the hotel is really big in size and if you are getting on in years its a pain to go all the way to the beach club for lunch, a good idea is perhaps an alternative lunch at the main restaurant for those of us with bad knees etc :) If you go out on regular daily trips then lunch isn't a big issue. Breakfast only starts at 7 which can be a pain if you have an early flight out on your last day. This hotel also has a laundrette room where you can wash and dry clothes in clean modern Bosch washers for simply the cost of a 10MAD washing tablet from the shop next door. This floored me, I've never seen this INSIDE a hotel before, it's usually a serice item you get the cleaning maids to do and pay for as an extra etc. Its a good idea as many people prefer to wash their own clothing than have a stranger do it..a cultural quirk perhaps? :) The beds seemed a little on the firm side...I'm nitpicking here, it wasn't too much of an issue. The hotel is aimed at fit and healthy 20-30 somethings in my opinion rather than 50+. They do try to cater for all though including kids with what appeared to be a very attentive entertainment team though I didn't interact with them while I was there. They are not 'in your face' though like some entertainment teams and really leave it to people to involve themselves in activities. The sauna seemed to be missing a jacuzzi unless I missed something? Still a nice indoor pool though and really good changing facilities and lockers which worked with a door keycard, excellent idea! Towels were also never a problem here, there was no obsessing over it like some hotels. The actual location of the hotel is both a plus and a minus. Its very remote at the far end of Agadir beach, so on the plus side it was clean and quiet with ZERO touts hassling you like you get in the centre of Agadir. The downside is of course you need to get a taxi to get anywhere, there always seemed to be a taxi or 2 at the main gate though. There is also a frog pond which is another kind of positive and negative, where I was staying at 'casblanca' block they were very noisy and making a racket all night...however it is a natural sound of nature so to speak and one which few of us hear unless we live near a swamp and again unique for Agadir I believe along with looking after all the cats. All in all I was thoroughly impressed, so much that as a working class lad I felt a little out of place there. I'll be booking again definitely if I visit Agadir again and may even consider Robinson hotels elsewhere such as Djerba.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Robinson Club Agadir und haben unseren Urlaub von Anfang bis Ende sehr genossen. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr schön, angenehm ruhig und perfekt, um einfach mal abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, lecker und es war wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, sodass wir uns jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Ein besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir auch an Samir mit den blauen Augen aus dem Service aussprechen. Er war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und mit vollem Einsatz bei der Arbeit. Solche Mitarbeitenden machen den Unterschied!! Aus unserer Sicht hat er für seine großartige Leistung definitiv eine Gehaltserhöhung verdient. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

A Truly Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and I must say it completely exceeded my expectations. If I could rate it, it would easily be a 4.5-star experience. The entire complex is expansive and breathtakingly beautiful. The gardens are meticulously maintained and landscaped with such care that just walking around feels like a treat. The beach is equally stunning, offering the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Our room was incredibly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay. It provided a perfect, comfortable retreat after a day in the sun. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. A special shout-out to the waitstaff, who were consistently kind and attentive. They were incredibly efficient, ensuring that used plates were cleared away almost immediately, which made the dining experience much more pleasant. The reception team operates flawlessly; they were professional, welcoming, and quick to resolve any queries we had. I was also deeply impressed by the lifeguards on the beach. We witnessed three rescue situations during our stay, and their response was nothing short of professional—they performed their duties "on a medal" level, giving us great peace of mind. One of the most charming aspects of the resort is the local feline community! There are several cats living on the grounds, and it is wonderful to see that they are all well-cared for, healthy, and clearly happy. If you are hesitating about booking this hotel, don’t! It is a wonderful place with a beautiful beach, top-tier service, and a fantastic atmosphere. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend it to anyone

Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit im Robinson Club Agadir! Das Essen war einfach köstlich, jede Mahlzeit ein Highlight. Besonders die abwechslungsreichen Themenabende und die Motto-Dinner haben die Atmosphäre richtig besonders gemacht. Dazu kommt ein super Service und ein tolles Ambiente. Ich kann den Club wirklich wärmstens empfehlen!"
