We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The rooms were lovely and clean, with excellent air conditioning that kept the room cool even during the hottest parts of the day. The balcony was a nice size, and the shower was spacious with great water pressure. The cleaning staff were friendly and did a fantastic job throughout our stay. The reception staff were also welcoming, helpful, and always pleasant to deal with. The pool area was very busy during our stay, and it was difficult to find available sunbeds, so we chose not to spend much time there. However, the beach is only a short walk away, as is the marina, making it easy to find alternative places to relax. Sunbeds on the beach were well worth the €8, and there are plenty of lovely restaurants around the marina, all within walking distance. The only other thing to note is that the lifts are quite small, and there is a short but fairly steep hill leading up to the hotel. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for wheelchair users or anyone with significant mobility difficulties. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location, with easy access to the beach, marina, and local restaurants.

Très mauvaise expérience. Avant notre séjour : aucune communication ( hotel qui ne répond pas aux mails ). Pendant le séjour : accueil froid à la réception. Hôtel n'ayant pas satisfait à nos demandes : nous voulions une chambre avec 2 lits et une douche italienne. Or notre chambre, en plus d'être vieillotte, n'avait qu'un lit, avec baignoire. Salle de bain petite et très mal agencée : wc dans la salle de bain, coincé entre le bidet et le mur. Pas du tout pratique donc. Quand vous êtes assis sur le wc, votre tête est au dessus du lavabo !!!!! De même, nous voulions une chambre au calme or la chambre était côté rue donc très bruyante. Très déçu, à fuir. Publicité mensongère : les photos présentes sur le site de l'hôtel lors de ma réservation de cette chambre ne correspondent pas à la chambre finalement attribuée.

Just returned from an amazing 4 night stay. Hotel staff were phenomenal as were all the restaurant and bar staff. Entertainment were amazing with lots of daytime and evening entertainment. Special shout out to Nadia and Mercedes on entertainment you were outstanding and another special mention to Jonathan on the bar, who was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Absolutely loved the hotel and location and will definitely be returning. Love to everyone at Palmasol from Miranda & Ava ❤️

Nice hotel in a good place for all the amenities on the marina and surrounding area. Small ish rooms but clean and aircon works well . Reception I found very helpful. Especially Carmen she was very helpful and we were extremely grateful. BBQ night wasn’t explain very well that you eat one lot of meat then yo can order another, eventually we worked it out and we enjoyed what we had . Breakfast was very good except the coffee wasn’t that great and very strong.If you want a clean room in a good location and will be out most of the day then this hotel would be fine . Never spent much time in hotel so unable to comment on other services provided . Taxis at reception are very fast had a few €25/30 from airport.

¡Una estancia fantástica! Comedor y animación de 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en el Hotel Palmasol de Benalmádena y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. La ubicación es ideal, al lado de Puerto Marina, y las instalaciones son muy agradables, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia en este hotel es su factor humano. Por un lado, queremos hacer una mención especial al servicio de comedor. El buffet es variado, fresco y riquísimo, pero lo que eleva la experiencia al máximo nivel es su equipo: desde el primer día nos han tratado con una amabilidad, profesionalidad y cercanía excepcionales, siempre con una sonrisa y cuidando cada detalle. Por otro lado, el equipo de animación ha sido el alma de nuestras vacaciones. Qué grupo de profesionales tan entregados, simpáticos y llenos de energía. Consiguen contagiar el buen rollo a todo el mundo con actividades divertidas durante todo el día y espectáculos fantásticos por la noche. Hacen un trabajo increíble para que tanto niños como adultos nos lo pasemos en grande. Sin duda, un hotel totalmente recomendable al que estamos deseando volver gracias a la maravillosa atención de todo su personal. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer nuestras vacaciones tan especiales!

Nos alojamos durante una semana y la experiencia fue excelente. La comida del buffet nos gustó mucho, hay gran variedad. Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable durante nuestra estancia. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Nadia, la animadora, que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y cuidó cada detalle con una sonrisa y gran profesionalidad. ¡Sin duda volveremos muy pronto!
