Todo genial!!! La animación era buenisima, me lo pasé genial en el volley. La comida de todos los restaurantes es maravillosa. El trato de todos los que trabajan en el hotel es encantador y muy atentos. En la playa se ven unos atardecer preciosos. En resumen, el mejor resort/hotel en el que estuve!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel. Les chambres accusaient un certain âge, mais étaient spacieuses et bien aménagées. Les installations sont superbes, il y a beaucoup d'animations proposées. Le grand point fort est le personnel : que ce soient Yovani, Alejandro ou leurs collègues au bar aquatique, l'équipe au placement ou au service à table, mention spéciale à Fabrizio, ou les concierges, notamment Edwin, tout le monde fait un super travail. Nos enfants ont adoré le star camp, merci à la fabuleuse équipe, en particulier Brandon et Mariana. Un petit plus qui nous a plu : le nombre d'animaux visibles partout dans les jardins.

Elegí este hotel porque era la sede de la boda de una gran amiga y esperaba una estancia memorable. Desafortunadamente, lo único que me llevo es una enorme frustración. Es evidente que las instalaciones reciben a más personas de las que pueden operar con eficiencia. Conseguir un lugar para cenar se convierte en una pérdida de tiempo y, una vez dentro, el servicio avanza con una lentitud increíble. En el restaurante Mediterráneo la espera fue exagerada de principio a fin, algo totalmente injustificable para un resort de este nivel. La atención del host Enrique dejó mucho que desear. Su actitud fue poco cordial, sin interés por orientar o ayudar, y en todo momento transmitió la sensación de que atender a los huéspedes era una carga. El primer contacto con un restaurante debería ser agradable, no una experiencia incómoda. Durante toda la estancia también fue imposible ignorar que existen diferencias marcadas entre quienes son socios y quienes no. Da la impresión de que, si no perteneces a su programa de membresías, tu experiencia pasa a un segundo plano. Todos los huéspedes pagan por disfrutar de las mismas instalaciones y deberían recibir el mismo nivel de atención, sin distinciones. Es decepcionante que un hotel con tanto prestigio permita este tipo de situaciones. Una celebración tan importante merecía un servicio impecable, pero terminó empañada por la mala administración, la falta de interés por el cliente y un nivel de hospitalidad que está muy lejos de lo que su marca promete.

My partner and I recently stayed at Iberostar Waves Paraíso Beach, and we genuinely had such a memorable and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. One thing that really stood out to us throughout our stay was how welcoming, hardworking, and friendly all the staff members were across the entire resort. Everyone always greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable and taken care of during our vacation. One thing we also really appreciated was how convenient and accessible everything around the resort was. From your room, to the lobby, to the beach and pools, there are always services, food, drinks, activities, and staff nearby ready to help guests at any time. Everything felt very organized and easy to access, which made the overall experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. The à la carte restaurants at the resort are definitely a must-try for everyone, especially El Colonial and El Dorado. Both restaurants offered delicious food, amazing atmosphere, and excellent customer service. Every meal we had there felt special, and the staff always went above and beyond to make the dining experience enjoyable. Another highlight of the resort was the entertainment team and the nightly theater shows. You can genuinely see the amount of effort, passion, and preparation that goes into every performance — from the stage setup and costumes to the actual performances themselves. Out of all the places we’ve traveled to, this has honestly been the best entertainment team we have ever experienced, and it became one of the many reasons why we would absolutely love to come back to Iberostar again in the future ❤️ The mall area inside the resort was also very impressive and gave us even more things to explore and enjoy during our stay. And if you don’t feel like going clubbing at the resort’s disco, we highly recommend spending the evening at the Beach Lobby Bar instead. Ismael and Miguel were amazing, incredibly friendly, and always made sure our drinks were perfect 😉🍹 Overall, this resort gave us such a fun, relaxing, and memorable vacation experience. Huge thank you to all the amazing staff members at Iberostar Waves Paraíso Beach for making our stay so special. We truly cannot wait to return someday!

Hermoso hotel, decoracion, jardines, buena calidad de comida, especialmente el Buffet. Para mi opinion, mejor servicio y comida que en los restaurantes. Muy limpio todo y muy amables todo el personal. Buenos shows todas las noches. Muy buenas clases de gimnasia frente al Mar, la instructora Perla Santiago muy simpatica! Buena musica y da unas clases buenisimas! ZazaZaza
