such a nice place to stay! this place is very pretty, the vibe is so good, and everyone was really nice to meee🥺 i had such a great time staying here and honestly didn’t want to leave to my country 😭😭😭 if you’re ever in Bali, you HAVE to stay here! irecommend this place ❤️

Nous avons passé trois jours à l’Alena Resort et ce fut tout simplement parfait du début à la fin. Le cadre est absolument somptueux : on est entourés de nature, dans un environnement incroyablement paisible et reposant. Les deux piscines sont magnifiques, chacune avec son propre charme, et les chambres sont très spacieuses et extrêmement confortables. Mais ce qui rend vraiment cet hôtel exceptionnel, c’est la qualité du service. Nous n’avons jamais vu un tel niveau d’attention et de gentillesse. Toute l’équipe est adorable, prévenante, toujours souriante et aux petits soins, sans jamais être intrusive. Chaque détail est pensé pour rendre le séjour parfait. Le room service passe plusieurs fois dans la journée pour s’assurer que tout est impeccable, désinfecter, réorganiser la chambre et même mettre de l’anti-moustique. Pour le petit-déjeuner, on nous demandait dès la veille ce que nous souhaitions le lendemain, ce qui nous permettait d’avoir tout prêt sans attendre le matin. On sent vraiment que toute l’équipe fait son maximum pour que l’on se sente bien et que rien ne nous manque. C’est exactement le genre d’endroit où l’on peut déconnecter, se reposer et profiter pleinement. Une expérience absolument magnifique. Nous recommandons Alena Resort les yeux fermés et nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

We had an amazing stay here as part of our honeymoon! Rooms are amazing, we had a spacious villa with private pool and waterfall! We ordered the floating breakfast! Food was phenomenal, Fridays they have BBQ night and live music! We also had a massage and enjoyed the private spa, jacuzzi and sauna! Staff members were very friendly! It is located about 20 minutes from Ubud center! I would recommend Alena if you are planning to spend a few days in Ubud!

We are a family of 4, we came to Bali for 22 days, five of which we spent at The Alena Resort. Before that, we stayed in Nusa Dua and Baturiti, but from the moment we arrived at The Alena, it felt different. I immediately regretted not booking a longer stay. The staff are amazing, the food is great, and the room was beautiful. I can't comment on the other room types, but we stayed in the Jagat two-bedroom villa and it was fantastic. There was a lovely outdoor area surrounded by greenery that made us feel as if we were in the middle of the jungle. One of the small details that really stood out was that the hotel provides mosquito spray, and it was actually better than the one we bought from the pharmacy. There is also a market nearby, about 400 meters away, which is roughly a five-minute walk. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to and from Ubud center, which was extremely convenient. Overall, our stay at The Alena was one of the highlights of our trip, and we only wish we had stayed longer.

Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The resort itself is beautiful, surrounded by lush tropical plants that make it feel like a peaceful oasis. The rooms are spacious, spotless and very comfortable, the pool is fantastic, and the food was outstanding. I especially loved the breakfast, particularly the dragon fruit bowl. Honestly, there was no need to eat anywhere else because the restaurant was excellent. What truly made this place unforgettable, however, was the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring. This was my first hotel in Bali, and thanks to them I experienced authentic Balinese hospitality and culture. They always made sure I was comfortable and happy. During my stay I wasn’t feeling well, and the team regularly brought fresh ginger tea to my room. After my massage, one of the therapists even surprised me with a warm ginger milk, which has since become one of my favourite drinks. It was such a thoughtful gesture that I will never forget. A special thank you to Mr. Dewa Suryastawa, Lystia and the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I was also touched that they even checked in with me via WhatsApp after I had left to make sure I had arrived safely. If I ever return to Bali, The Alena Resort will be my first choice without hesitation. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful first impression of Bali and its incredible people. Om Swastyastu.

We spent four unforgettable days at The Alena Resort, and the experience was truly beyond words. If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, The Alena Resort is the perfect retreat. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, the soothing sound of water fountain, and soft ambient lighting, the resort creates a serene, cozy, and wonderfully romantic atmosphere. We stayed in the Luxury One-Bedroom Private Pool Villa, and it exceeded all our expectations. The villa was exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed with authentic Balinese charm, and offered complete privacy. Spending time in our private pool was one of the highlights of our stay—it was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like our own little paradise. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. We also treated ourselves to a one-hour Balinese massage at the spa, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences of our trip. The resort also features a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Ubud. The massage was expertly performed, incredibly soothing, and is an absolute must-try. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. What impressed us the most was how sincerely they listened to our requests and concerns, and how quickly they responded to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly remarkable. If you're searching for a peaceful and romantic getaway in Ubud that offers privacy, luxury, exceptional service, and a truly relaxing atmosphere, The Alena Resort is an excellent choice. We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
