Mang tiếng 5 sao nhưng theo mình thì tầm 3 thôi. Phòng thì tạm ok vì tận2củ tém cơ Nhưng đồ ăn sáng tệ thôi rồi, bước vào mùi chiên nó ám hết dô bộ quần áo đầu tóc Dô ăn trúng cái bánh bao hấp nhân còn lạnh ( mà trong cái nồi chỉ còn 1 cái nên ko đổi thừa là gấp ăn lấy sớm được nhé ) Ăn xong đi ra cái về phải tắm gội trang điểm lại khá mất thời gian luôn. Bải biển ở đây không tắm được khá thất vọng Hồ bơi thì đầy người khách nước ngoài nên VN mình ngắm thôi Thế 2 củ tém đi bụi chỉ có ngủ thôi Hơi thất vọng một chút Lời khuyên là: nên ở Đn vì về hội an không có bãi tắm đẹp, nơi ở mắc, di chuyển ăn tốn kém !

I was completely amazed by the hotel’s stunning Indochina architecture, beautifully infused with rich Vietnamese heritage. The rooms are elegant and full of local charm. A huge plus was the array of complimentary activities, including billiards, chess, a private movie theater, lantern-making workshops, and SUP boarding. The food was absolutely delicious with fantastic flavors.

Lovely hotel right on the beach which has just been renourished, while we were there, by the local council. The pool is fabulous with plenty of sunbeds. It is definitely worth upgrading to a junior suite with views over the sea. Our favourite is the Japanese style which is very big and has great views.

This was our second year staying at The Victoria Hoi An and was as excellent a stay as last year. From the moment we arrived with airport pickup, until when we left 10 days later, we were cared for and looked after each and every minute. Everything was wonderful - the food, our room, the care, the staff, the resort. Once again the staff were the most important attraction. They are exceptional. As they were last year. I accidentally caused an injury to my lower leg on my first evening which required medical attention. Nurse Chau was outstanding. As it was night time when my injury occurred, she wasn’t on duty at the resort. However after staff phoned her, she left her badminton game to come and attend to me. 👼 Chau cared for me so softly, kindly and gently. She came every day to dress and care for my wound. Including on her day off, as well as prior to her shift starting on our last day before we left for the airport. Because of Chau’s excellent care I returned to Australia having avoided infection. My medical clinic back home was very impressed at how well my wound was healing. Chau has been following up on my recovery since I arrived home, going above and beyond her job. Thank you Chau 🙏 All staff are so warm, friendly and very helpful. From the lovely people preparing & cooking our food eg The lady and young men at the breakfast station. To those attending our tables, cleaning our room, gardeners, bar and reception staff. Thank you all 🙏 Particular appreciation must be made to:- Nga and Hien - for their warmth, friendship and constant care at breakfast and dinner. Such lovely women who stopped and chatted when they had a moment. Thank you both 🙏 Duc and Cuing - attended to our pool needs wonderfully as they did last year. Knew our routine and the position we liked to lounge at by the pool and set it up with towels just before we arrived. Always with a smile and a warm greeting Than you guys 🙏 We are DEFINITELY returning next year !!

We Loved this resort in quieter area of Hoi An. A more traditional Vietnamese style hotel both Ocean and River views. Great restaurant catering for my Coeliac dietary requirements. Amazing staff always happy to assist whenever you need help. I forgot to take my hearing aids out whilst in the pool loosing one of them. Bien the very nice pool man swam around the bottom of the pool and recovered my hearing aid, for me. A real life saver.

My husband and I were here from Australia to celebrate our honeymoon. Once we arrived to the resort, we felt very welcomed by the staff. We loved how there was an option to take the free shuttle bus into Hoi An, this was very handy. Our room was great, very comfortable bedding and it felt quite clean. We also had a great view of the beach. The food was amazing, we enjoyed every meal we ate, especially the buffet breakfast. We loved using the pool, it was super relaxing at any time of the day. A shout out to Mr. Pool for always making sure we had our towels! We also did a 3 hour couples retreat. The massage was incredible, we felt so rejuvenated afterwards. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Vietnam.
