Bakadaji is truly heaven on earth. My first impression when I entered the hotel was the landscaping. This caught my attention coupled with the multitudes of trees in the hotel. The restaurant right after the reception offers one of the most delicious foods I ever have eaten. Theres a wide variety of choices to choose from which makes it really special to me. The service is topnotch and the waiters always at your service to make sure that you have good time. I would recommend this Gambian owned hotel to anyone with the desire for a relaxing holiday experience with a deep connection with the natural environment that has been maintained to give an authentic look to the hotel.

We arrived as a large group of around 80 people who had all pre-booked rooms for the end of a long rally. When we arrived we found that many of our rooms had been double booked for a government event so almost no-one got the room they actually booked. The WiFi reach is terrible and from our room we could only access it on the terrace. Even the hotel reception has weak signal. The location is pretty good for bars and for the beach which is close enough behind the hotel.

een mooi nieuwe kleinschalig hotel met 80 ruime kamers. fijne badkamer met goede douche en heerlijke dikke grote handdoeken. Er is aan alles gedacht. tandenborstel en tandpasta douchegel shampoo bodylotion een kam zeep haarkapjes en scheermesjes. een goede airco . mini koelkast. En elke dag alles keurig schoongemaakt . Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt heel verschillend maar ik vond het heerlijk. Ondanks dat je het aan een drukke weg ligt hoor je daar binnen niks van heerlijk rustig . Lekkere ligbedden bij het zwembad en de Poolman Lamin doet alles voor een je zodat je een heerlijke dag hebt. Via de achterzijde kant je richting het strand lopen kleine 10 minutes. Waar het ook weer heerlijk vertoeven is a beautiful new small-scale hotel with 80 spacious rooms. nice bathroom with good shower and lovely thick large towels. Everything has been thought of. toothbrush and toothpaste shower gel shampoo body lotion a comb soap hair caps and razor blades. good air conditioning. mini fridge. And everything was neatly cleaned every day. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast very different but I loved it. Even though it is located on a busy road, you don't hear anything inside, which is wonderfully quiet. Nice sunbeds by the pool and the Poolman Lamin does everything for you so that you have a wonderful day. Via the back side you can walk towards the beach in about 10 minutes. Where it is also wonderful to stay

I can truly say we had a great time in Bakadaji hotel. The service was so pleasant and really professional, the breakfast was delicious enough choice, the rooms were really nice designed and hidden in the botanical garden. I think is the best hotel in Gambia 🇬🇲 ☀️ The hotel is not extremely huge which allows to enjoy authentic atmosphere, near by there is spa and gym all what you need 🫶thank you to all staff, you do a great job here 👏

The hotel has a very good location, close to a street full of restaurants and cafés. It is clean, the staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere feels relaxed. The local food is tasty, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, air-conditioned, and well maintained. One of the highlights is the setting. The hotel is surrounded by lush tropical plants, which gives it a calm and pleasant feel. I also felt safe, as there are security staff on site. The main downside is the internet. The Wi-Fi is very weak and disconnects frequently, which can be frustrating if you need a stable connection. Overall, it is a good place to stay, especially if internet access is not a priority.

Nice restaurant staff.. the female receptionist with the glasses on wasnt the nicest and is quite rude to answering any questions. Nice cleaners and the male receptionists were much warmer and helpful
