The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We felt truly well taken care of throughout our stay. The buffet staff ( Eglaidy, Ramon, Flavio and all the rest) were always kind, attentive, and happy to help with anything we needed. The entertainment team was fantastic as well! A special thank you to Abby and Fabian, David– they were amazing, friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable. They are wonderful people who brought so much positive energy every day. Really recommend this resort 👌🫶

We had a lovely stay at Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an and found it to be a great place for a relaxing holiday. The resort has a calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal if you're looking to escape the crowds.The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and provided excellent service throughout. Housekeeping was particularly impressive, with our room cleaned to a high standard each day. We also appreciated the little touches, such as the turning down service at night when we returned to the room, and I loved the spaciousness and the hot tub on my ground floor room. That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. Our room felt quite dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. We also had a leaking air conditioning unit and one of the lights in the room wasn't working, which was a little disappointing. The resort itself was peaceful and quiet, which was perfect for a relaxing holiday. . However due to the quietness of the hotels many of the a la carte restaurants hadvery limited reservations and I did not manage to get many of the resturants I would have liked to. Overall, we had a good experience thanks to the excellent service and relaxing environment. With some updates to the rooms and better maintenance, this resort could be even better.

Es un buen hotel, sin embargo, tiene algunas deficiencias. Tener que esperar 30 min un carrito de transporte (hacia algunos sectores se necesitaba esperar 2). El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no baja de los 22 grados, la temperatura de las piscinas es elevada y no refresca, la aplicación no está actualizada ya que muestra lugares para comer que están cerrados temporalmente y no hay información. En cuanto a la atención la verdad es que es muy buena, sin embargo, se notan sobrepasados en algunos momentos, ya que claramente son pocos atendiendo un solo restaurant. Solo en un restaurant a la carta nos sentimos un poco incómodos, pero el el buffet del sian kaan con Antonio y Flavio y los restaurantes a la carta del akumal la atención fue muy buena

We had a very relaxing and comfortable visit. The service was exceptional, and we enjoyed the food very much. We also appreciated the effort the resort seemed to make to minimize its footprint by preserving as much of the surrounding jungle as possible. While any resort inevitably has an impact, it felt as though the natural environment had been thoughtfully incorporated rather than cleared away. We also noticed there seemed to be very little unnecessary waste, particularly when it came to paper and single-use plastics. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit, and I would definitely return.

Had an amazing stay here! The staff honestly made the whole experience. A huge shoutout to Daniel at the front desk. He was always checking in to make sure I was doing okay, following up when we'd chat, and just genuinely made me feel welcome from day one. I really appreciated it, and it definitely made my vacation even better. I also did a bunch of activities with Fabian and Abigail, and they were both awesome. They made everything so much fun and kept everyone involved. I even won one of Fabian's activities, which was a really fun surprise! Eglady from the Sian Ka'an buffet was always so kind and welcoming. Everyone I met was friendly, welcoming, and worked hard to make sure guests had a great time. I'd definitely come back and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation. Sad to be leaving soon but will definitely be back 😅

Very quiet, laid back location in the middle of the natural environment. Blended in well to provide that feel of being close to nature. Food...very good. Mexican selections offered wete very tasty and not diluted. Miriam our server for breakfast was on point and even remembered exactly what we wanted as soon as we sat down. Kudos to Miriam!!! I will revisit..Great experience! Kudos to the entire staff!!
