This hotel/resort is simply stunning. Yes, it is a big place but it never really felt overcrowded or chaotic. The gardens are simply stunning and are what makes this place so relaxing and welcoming. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe Twin Room’ which was very spacious and had a lovely view over gardens. We love the old traditional style Bali buildings and vibe and this place delivers that. It is a credit to the resort management and staff. It has something for everyone and although we were just travelling as a couple, it appears to be very family friendly. The food was of a very high standard too. I can never speak highly enough of the staff we encounted during our stay in Bali and this was no exception. Such lovely, warm welcoming people. Always willing to assist. It makes the stay so much more enjoyable. It is really worth paying that little bit extra for 5 star quality. We are planning to return here next year.

This was our first trip to Bali, and the Hyatt was a phenomenal choice. It provided an excellent home base to return to each day after our adventures (we did Nusa and the waterfalls), as well as a great resort to relax at during our downtime. The breakfast buffet is a MUST, and we thoroughly enjoyed the two dinners we had there (the BBQ and the Pizzeria). While the entire staff was incredible, we want to give a special shout-out to Yoga, who took care of us during many of our meals. He was incredibly friendly and provided fantastic company and service. The only surprise was the number of children at the resort. We were in Bali for our honeymoon and tried to pick a resort with a more adult atmosphere. While the website made it seem like it would be a bit quieter, there were quite a few families. Ultimately, it didn't impact our experience too much since the adult pool and the sheer size of the resort helped, but it's just something for future travelers to keep in mind.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Lush, Serene Slice of Heaven Our stay at Hyatt Regency Bali was simply wonderful. The grounds are lush, tranquil, and manicured to perfection—truly a little slice of heaven. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Every interaction felt sincere, from the pool attendants and wait staff to the housekeeping team. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and consistently of a high standard. As a Nan travelling with my daughter, son-in-law, and my two grandsons aged 3 and 6, the connecting rooms were perfect for our family. The resort provided the ideal setting for us to create precious family memories together. We especially enjoyed the entertainment, from the talented fire performers to the wonderful piano player, who added to the magical atmosphere of the resort. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special. We leave with cherished memories and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali. We will certainly be back. The Hyatt was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is warm, and the whole stay felt effortless. The highlight for me was the brilliant buffet — incredible variety, fresh fruits, and genuinely impressive quality. I loved every moment and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hyatt Regency Bali. The resort is beautiful, but what impressed us most was the people. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Housekeeping kept our room spotless every day, and we really appreciated the care and consistency throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, including many local fruits. Our daughter especially loved the pools, while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful beachfront. The resort felt peaceful and never overcrowded. One thing we especially appreciated was how proactive the staff were. Whether it was helping guests, answering questions, or simply noticing what we needed before we asked, the service always felt natural rather than forced. Hyatt Regency Bali gave us exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing family holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be happy to return in the future.

Exceeded all expectations! A perfect luxury escape in Sanur！ We chose this hotel for a quiet year-end getaway, and it was worth every penny. Breakfast: An amazing variety! They rotate daily dishes (Chinese, Indian, Korean, etc.), so you never get bored. Honestly, it tasted better than eating out. Club Lounge: Perfect for those who want to relax with drinks. They offer free-flow alcohol and great light bites for a few hours in the evening—ideal if you prefer a light dinner with drinks. Rooms & Cleanliness: The room was very spacious with a perfect bathroom. The property is spotless, thanks to the hardworking staff cleaning from early morning with big smiles. Facilities: The grounds are huge and beautiful to walk around. We rented bikes and rode along the beachfront—it was so refreshing! It’s a bit pricey, but absolutely worth the value. We highly recommend it for a relaxing resort stay!
