We had an incredible stay at Ocean Allure and were impressed by the beautiful resort, atmosphere, and exceptional service throughout our visit. A special shout-out to Bettyna, Mario, and Maria, who brought so much energy, personality, and genuine warmth to every interaction. They consistently went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We also want to recognize Edy at the lobby bar, who provided outstanding service and was always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The staff is what really makes this resort stand out, and these four team members deserve special recognition for making our stay such a great experience. We will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ocean Allure Resort! The resort was beautiful, and the service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Edy at the lobby bar —he was fantastic! Always friendly, welcoming, and made our evenings even more enjoyable. Bettyna at the pool was incredible! She anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask and always kept the drinks coming. She was so attentive, friendly, and made our pool days completely relaxing and effortless. Maria from the activities team was wonderful! She brought such great energy and enthusiasm and made the activities so much fun. We had a fantastic vacation, wonderful food at the privilege restaurant and we truly appreciate all three of them for making our stay so memorable!

The Hotel/Resort is beautiful! Overall loved everything, my only complaint would be the rooms/closets had a little bit of a musty smell to them but other than that everything was so clean and housekeeping was great. The restaurants were all good and service was great everywhere we went. Our butlers Felipe and Annie were awesome and so accommodating. Maria who lead a couple of the pool workout classes was so fun! Our favorite server was Bettyna by the pool, we never had to wait long for drinks, she had a great energy and was so fun! Pools were all clean and loved the direct beach access. Great experience overall!

A resort you will fall in love with. Let’s just say the customer service is exemplary. The staff make this resort a 5 star experience. From Aldaberto (butler), Ulises (sommelier@steakhouse), Jose Lopez (beach), Vincente (lobby bar), Lourdes (masseuse) excellent massage, Gualberto & Pablo (French restaurant) and Emmanuel (Pez Dama restaurant). All these hard working people and so many more make vacationing on this property so memorable. Housekeeping is excellent , facilities are all brand new, and so many options to have fun on the resort. There is so many great things about this resort that I highly recommend anyone coming to Mexico to seriously consider. Food was awesome so that put the cherry on top. Definitely a 5 star experience for us!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres for my birthday vacation! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The level of service throughout the resort truly made my birthday trip feel extra special. A huge shout out to Vicente and David at the lobby bar! They were always friendly, made amazing drinks, and made every visit to the lobby bar something we looked forward to. Their hospitality and positive energy made a big impact on our stay. We also had so much fun at the foam party at the pool, it was such a great atmosphere and one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you to everyone at Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres for making my birthday vacation so memorable. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at this hotel for five days, and we can honestly say we loved every minute of it. One of the biggest reasons was the incredible staff. Everyone we came across greeted us with a genuine smile and worked so hard every single day. They truly make this resort shine, and we hope the hotel takes good care of them in return. A few team members really stood out for their exceptional service: Nicte at the Privilege pool, Adriana at the lobby bar, and Joel, our butler. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We hope to see you again when we come back! The food wasn’t perfect, but we didn’t expect it to be. We especially enjoyed the Mexican restaurant and the Steakhouse. The drinks were good too. If you prefer something stronger, just ask for a double shot. We also loved the tiramisu at Mike’s Bar. It’s definitely worth trying! We really enjoyed the Electronic Acoustic Night and the Pop Duet Night at the Piano Bar. The nighttime entertainment was just okay overall, but you can tell the performers and staff put in their best effort, and we appreciated that. Our room was comfortable, and we slept well every night. The air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we would have liked, so we kept the ceiling fan on. We also noticed a few areas where the room’s finishing details felt a bit rushed, but housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and restocking the room daily. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the resort, which was a nice bonus. The resort itself is clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The beach had some seaweed, but it was still swimmable and enjoyable. We think the Privilege upgrade is a nice experience, but you’ll still have a great vacation even without it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thank you, Ocean Allure!
