⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding – Perfect in Every Way Reviewed by Abbas | Stayed: 3 days, 2 nights I stayed here as a guest for 3 days and 2 nights, and I can honestly say this hotel is far more than outstanding – every single part of our visit was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the front office team welcomed us warmly and professionally, making us feel at home straight away. The management team, including the Cluster General Manager, were always visible and hands‑on, checking on everything and ensuring every detail was just right. Every member of staff – service teams, kitchen teams, housekeeping – was outstanding: polite, attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. The buffet was absolutely amazing. The presentation, the quality of every dish, and the wonderful variety of food were all outstanding – every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. All the hotel outlets are well‑run, clean, and welcoming too. Our room was fantastic: beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The beach area is lovely and kept perfectly, and the swimming pool was sparkling clean and well‑maintained at all times. There is simply nothing I could fault here – everything, absolutely everything, is outstanding. This is how great hospitality should be done. I spent my birthday week (June 8–13) at Diamonds Bijoux in Bwejuu, traveling solo, and I just cannot shake the feeling of just how wonderful an experience it was. Yes, the property is beautiful — the beach, the design, the rooms, the common areas, bars and restaurant — all of it is understated, elegant, and thoughtfully done. You feel the luxury, but it is never loud. I loved having three pools to choose from (the quiet one became my spot), and the spa, gym, and upcoming additions — a wine bar, cigar lounge, Asian fusion restaurant, and grill — show just how much intention is going into the experience. But what truly stayed with me was the people. Mary from Guest Relations set the tone from the start — warm, present, and genuinely caring. At the front office, Adam, Schola, and Martin were consistently kind and efficient. The porters, including Khamit and a Kenyan brother from Maragoli, brought such warmth and personality. And the F&B team - including the Management who were present every day? Incredible. Oscar, Brenda, Benji, Yacinta, Alex — along with the chefs and kitchen team — delivered not just great food, but care in every interaction. I never once felt like I was traveling alone. I felt seen, looked after, and quietly celebrated. Bijoux is a beautiful place, yes — but it’s the people who make it unforgettable. I’ll be back. 💛 Additional Notes Be sure to visit Paje. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were exceptional. Guest services were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was very good, and the team was accommodating throughout our stay. The guest rooms were comfortable, the pool area was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The beach itself was a bit disappointing, with a significant amount of seaweed both on the shore and in the water, along with some rocky areas that made swimming less enjoyable. The hotel also has a few opportunities for improvement. There were several unfinished paint touch-ups and other minor maintenance items that, while small, took away from the overall

Absolutely stunning stay at Diamonds Bijoux! The beach is postcard perfect, soft white sand, swaying palms, and gorgeous sunrise/sunset views right from the resort. The pool area is beautifully lit at night and so peaceful. Breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh pastries and doughnuts made daily. But what really made the trip was the service — every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms and grounds were spotless, the kids' playground was a great touch for families, and the whole property had a relaxed, elegant feel. Can't wait to come back!

A true 5 star experience to celebrate my wife special birthday. The private birthday dinner experienced and prepared by the staff was 5 star. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Diamonds Bijoux and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort offers a beautiful setting, outstanding facilities and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it the perfect getaway. What stood out most was the warm hospitality of the team. Every staff member was friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and well cared for. The attention to detail throughout the resort is impressive, from the immaculate grounds to the comfortable accommodations. The food was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options, and the beachfront location provided breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. I highly recommend Diamonds Bijoux to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Zanzibar. This is an incredible resort with a luxurious island feel. Staff are warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The food is of a high standard and loved the traditional meals we were offered - giving us a real taste of Zanzibar. I loved the beautifully decorated rooms - with comfortable beds, quality linen and all the amenities that make for a luxurious stay. The resort looks over a natural beach - Bwejuu Beach - and I loved the uncrowded, natural beauty of the location.
