Our stay at Impiana Private Villas Seminyak was a bit of a mixed experience. The villas themselves are absolutely stunning—spacious, private, and incredibly well-designed. While the interiors are slightly dated, the sheer size of the villa and the private pool more than make up for it. In terms of accommodation alone, it’s hard to fault. However, there are a few important things to be aware of before booking. The resort operates across multiple villa locations, and you won’t know which one you’ll be staying in until arrival. Unfortunately, we were placed in the Sunset Beach-side villas, which are quite far from the main reception and dining area. This meant relying on a buggy just to get to breakfast each day, as it’s too far to walk comfortably. This distance also impacts room service—by the time food and coffee arrived, they were often cold. The food quality itself was quite average, and breakfast was limited rather than a full buffet, which was disappointing given the price point. We specifically chose this property for its proximity to the Frestive supermarket area, only to find we were actually located much further away than expected due to the villa allocation system. Overall, if your priority is a large, private villa with a beautiful pool, this place delivers. But if location, convenience, and food quality matter to you, it may not be the best choice- especially considering the price. Unfortunately, for us, it didn’t quite live up to expectations

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and hospitality were exceptional. The staff made us feel comfortable and truly cared for throughout our stay. A special thank you to the breakfast team, who were always so friendly, cheerful, and professional. Their warm smiles every morning made our experience even more enjoyable. We would especially like to thank Ms. Made MuLi for her kindness, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we truly appreciate her efforts. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this resort and would love to come back again!

Beautiful accomodation! My kids (9 and 19) and I absolutely took advantage of the accom! We loved our pool and were in it every single time we were home. Of our 7 day holiday we actually spent 2 full days in our accom as it was so nice to relax and we enjoyed the room service. Across the road was a super market which was super convenient and also a tiny walk away to food and shops! So we enjoyed the location. Not a walkable distance for us to the beach, but nothing a GoJek scooter couldn’t help with that was super cheap! Only feedback for a suggested improvements is we had a couple of issues. We understand these things just happen, but I think something more to show for the issues would have been more appreciated at the time without me having to lead in suggestions. On our first night the phone rang at least 6-10 times and each time I answered no one was there, so I ended up taking it off the hook. So it was a sleepless night. When I told reception they offered afternoon tea which when it came the girls didn’t like it too much. Then another night I had to call reception at 12.30am in the morning as the aircon wasn’t working. The serviceman was super lovely but couldn’t get it fixed so I said we need a fan as there was no way to sleep in it. So he did :) Again another night of interrupted sleep. They offered afternoon tea again and I said we don’t like it. I think for a 7 night stay with 2 nights interrupted something more sufficient would be better. Like a discount, or a dinner or a massage etc. Otherwise ALL staff were amazing, the place is stunning and we had the best time! FYI in our room one of the basins were not usable as it didn’t drain the whole time we were there and the magnified mirror light didn’t work. But little things that didn’t bother us but worth knowing. We were in room 11 :)

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The place was beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The private pool and garden created a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always responsive to our needs. The location was also convenient, close to restaurants and attractions while still feeling quiet and private. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay at Impiana Private Villas Seminyak. The villa itself was beautiful, but the standout for me was the huge private pool and how incredibly quiet and peaceful the property felt despite being right in Seminyak. I was lucky enough to stay on the Jl. Kunti side near Prana Spa and it was such a relaxing location. The staff were genuinely wonderful throughout my stay — warm, kind and always happy to help with anything. The food was also great and the whole experience felt very calm, private and easy from start to finish. I’ve been to Bali many times and this was honestly one of my favourite villa stays. Would happily return again.

Our week-long stay at Impiana Villas was a really memorable one, and overall a great experience. While we did run into a few issues with our room during the stay, what stood out most was how the team handled everything. The staff truly go above and beyond to make things right, and their genuine care made all the difference. It’s clear that the people are what make this place so special. A very special thank you to Novia, who handled our concerns with professionalism, warmth and urgency. She is an absolute credit to the business and deserves recognition from senior management. We also want to acknowledge Tutik, Mul, Septia, Pradnya and Tea, who were all consistently friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Despite the initial hiccups, the level of service turned things around for us, and we left feeling well looked after and appreciated.
