We had a wonderful stay at The Mora Zanzibar and would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were always spotless, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is stunning and the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful view. One thing we especially appreciated was the peaceful atmosphere around the pool. There was no loud music or intrusive entertainment, making it the perfect place to truly unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The service was outstanding. All of the waitresses were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Zaida at the main pool for her exceptional kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude. She made every visit to the pool even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We would love to come back!

After our nine-night stay at this lovely hotel, we were thoroughly impressed with its facilities. The staff were absolutely first-rate, and the attention to cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the beautiful gardens, was impeccable. Our room was delightful, featuring a comfortable bed, a stylish bathroom, and we enjoyed the on-site entertainment as well. The only suggestion we would make is the introduction of an adults-only pool. We spent much of our time at the garden pool, which is set in a secluded area with a swim-up bar, perfect for a quieter atmosphere. However, the experience was sometimes disrupted by children under 16 screaming, jumping from the bar, and shouting constantly. Designating this pool as adults-only would make it an ideal retreat. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and will take home plenty of fond memories.

Non ho parole per descrivere quanto sia stato speciale il mio soggiorno in questo resort: è un vero angolo di paradiso. Fin dal primo momento, ci si sente avvolti da un’atmosfera magica dove ogni dettaglio è curato con estrema attenzione. La pulizia è impeccabile (voto 10 e lode): trovare ambienti così curati e igienizzati in una struttura di queste dimensioni è davvero raro e rende il relax totale. Il servizio è semplicemente eccellente. Il personale è il cuore pulsante di questo posto: sempre accogliente, premuroso e con un sorriso contagioso che ti mette subito di buon umore. Non c’è stato un solo momento in cui mi sia sentito trascurato; c’è sempre qualcuno pronto a offrirti da bere o ad assicurarsi che tutto sia perfetto. È una vera e propria coccola continua, in ogni angolo del resort. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Sia: la sua dolcezza infinita e la sua disponibilità costante hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più unico. Si è fatta carico di ogni mia piccola richiesta con estrema gentilezza e professionalità, facendomi sentire davvero speciale. In sintesi: tutto 10 e lode! Se cercate un luogo dove rigenerarvi e sentirvi viziati, questo è il posto giusto. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

The Mora Hotel is a beautiful property located right on the beach. It is spotlessly clean, and the staff is genuinely helpful, warm, and always smiling. One of the biggest advantages for us was the relaxed atmosphere — there wasn't an overwhelming amount of daily entertainment, making it the perfect place for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The Mora Hotel clearly prioritizes cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort at every turn. A very special thank you goes to Khadija from the beach, Reuben from the beach bar, and Benjamin from the Horizon restaurant, who took such amazing care of us during our week-long stay. It was so heartwarming that, despite a fully booked hotel, the team remembered our names as well as our favorite drinks. Thanks to their exceptional hospitality, our stay was even better than we could have ever dreamed of!

Fantastické umístění hotelu naproti ostrov na šnorchlování, výběr jídla i drinků alkoholických a neako, velké bazény, příjemná obsluha a servis. Ráj na Zanzibaru 🙂👍
