My sister and I recently stayed here and had an amazing time! The resort is beautiful, the rooms were perfect and we enjoyed all of the food options! The staff there really made it extra special, everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Everyone at the front desk was wonderful, Renny & Eliezer assisted us several times and they were so accommodating and always had a smile when we came! Luis, our concierge was so helpful and great, Tania was so warm and kind - we really enjoyed taking the sound bath with her, it was so relaxing and loved doing crafts with her and Franklin! We also took the “skincare class” at the spa and the ladies there were lovely! I took several Pilates classes with Marleny and she was incredible! She was so outgoing and she made getting our butts kicked in class fun! Alejandra at the cafe was delightful, so sweet! The service at all the restaurants was great, Natali, Leidy, Lisbeth and Yohanna were all great! Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an amazing experience here! Incredible overall atmosphere with tons of fun activities and staff that goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is relaxed and pampered. The spa is 10/10. The food really exceeded my expectations, with my favorite being the Mediterranean at Olena. The team there (Eduardo A., Lisbeth, Yarisol and Tatiana) made sure we had a memorable experience. I also want to acknowledge just a few of the other employees that made this trip amazing: Charlie, Wilca and Alejandra at the beach/pool bar, Gabriel at the lobby bar, Leidy and her breakfast/lunch crew at Indigo and our concierge, Amada. Thank you all for a wonderful week. I am looking forward to coming back to Zoetry again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Queremos agradecer estos preciosos dias de vacaciones, todo estuvo maravilloso, fuimos divinamente atendidos por Menrlyb, Carmen, Yanel, Zueleima, Ruben y todas las personas que atendieron en nuestras comidas y en bar en la piscina. Además, las clases de Gym en el agua todos los días de Jayson han sido las mejores que he tenido, entretenidas e intensas. El Soa es maravilloso, los masajes descontracturantes fueron deliciosos, toda una experiencia maravillosa. Agradecemos principalmente los detalles, el servicio, las instalaciones son maravillosas y realmente la desconexión acá se logra por completo. Muchas gracias por todo, nos vamos felices!!

I had a wonderful three night stay. This resort is so relaxing. The staff was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. Eliezer and Oliver really set the tone at check in. They were so welcoming. I enjoyed the food especially the beach barbeque. Luis, Eduardo, Yeilin, Lisbete, and Marlene made our dining experiences so special. Joel at the lobby bar made terrific, unique cocktails. I'll definitely be going back.

Recently stayed at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana and was truly impressed by the exceptional, joyful, and energetic staff. Every member went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing, welcoming, and unforgettable. From the warm greetings to the attentive service throughout the resort, the hospitality felt genuine and personal. The staff’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail created such a peaceful and luxurious experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special. Glorianny has been such a delight and a ray of sunshine to greet us for breakfast every morning! Leidy blanketed us with her charm and humor. Charlie was on the spot with bringing us anything we desired as we lounged along the beautiful beach. Jose Simone was so helpful to show us around and all the luxurious amenities. Yani was an adorable host for dinner and a patient delight as we practiced our Spanish with her. The truth is that there isn’t a single staff member here that isn’t willing to go above and beyond making our stay as perfect as possible. The resort is stunningly beautiful, quiet and we have been in luxury and perfectly relaxed the entire time! Highly recommend!
