I have visited more than 8 luxury resorts, and I can honestly say that our butler, Hassa, and the Resort Manager, Mohamed Ashraf, were the most professional team I’ve ever dealt with. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made our stay completely stress-free. They handled every request with professionalism and always made sure we were comfortable and happy. We never had a single issue during our stay because they were always one step ahead. We had the most incredible stay at Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives and created memories that we will cherish forever! From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel so welcome. The service was exceptional, and everyone went above and beyond to make our holiday special. A special thank you to JK, who always brought so much joy to our days. Mai was always wonderful with our daughter. She did henna drawings for her and even drew her a picture! Our daughter was always excited to see her! We would also like to thank everyone at The Gallery Restaurant: MK, Riri, Ameen, and Shipee… (sorry I didn’t get all of the names) for their kindness, warmth, and helpfulness throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Manjula, who always made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for at Blue Fin. The dining experience was fantastic. Chef Ahmed and Sathish prepared the best eggs every morning, and we’d also like to thank all the chefs who cooked for us throughout our stay. Every meal was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! We’d also like to thank Neehalo at Coco Drift Bar. He always made us feel so welcome and kindly helped us take photos. His warm service and genuine hospitality truly stood out. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Monette, who went above and beyond to help me find a diving case after my GoPro broke down. Her kindness and dedication made a huge difference to our trip. Thank you also to our host, Nasa, for taking such good care of us during our stay and answering our every question patiently! Christina organized wonderful beach events that created unforgettable family moments. One of the highlights of our trip was the art class with Zaain. My daughter and I had an amazing time painting together. The experience was incredibly relaxing, peaceful, and almost meditative. It became one of our favorite memories from the trip. Thank you to the entire Centara team for making our stay so special. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return!🤩🤩🤩

I am on the 4th day of my honeymoon here and can easily say that the experience here is phenomenal. The service is beyond exceptional. My butler Zu has been so sweet and helpful. We had a few bizarre requests and every single request we made was arranged with the utmost professionalism and hospitality. The food is incredible and the views are astounding. I have been to many luxury hotels and resorts around the world but none of them met this level of commitment to excellence. Will definitely be back for many anniversaries to come. Thank you Centara Grand Lagoon for the amazing experience for me and my wife.

We stayed at Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The service was amazing from the very beginning. Our room was ready for us from 9am, which was such a wonderful surprise after travelling, and being able to check in early made our arrival so much more enjoyable. All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. The entire resort is very modern and beautifully maintained. We were also really impressed with the food choices. There was a great variety available, and what we loved most was that if there was something we wanted that wasn’t on the menu, we could ask and the team would do their best to prepare it for us. That level of service really made us feel looked after. A special mention has to go to our butler, Hassa, who was absolutely outstanding. He was always there to help, answer our questions and make things happen for us. Nothing ever seemed too difficult for him, and he went above and beyond to make our stay special. His attention to detail and willingness to help made such a difference to our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Hassa, for making our 10-year wedding anniversary so memorable!

We had a lovely stay at Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives. The resort has beautiful facilities, a great pool, lovely surroundings, and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and very family-friendly. A special mention to our butler, Hassa, who was absolutely excellent. He was attentive, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. He really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and his service made a noticeable difference to our experience. We also celebrated a birthday dinner at the resort, and the team made it feel really special and memorable. Everyone we interacted with at the restaurants was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, which made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. The spa and massage were also excellent. The massage was very relaxing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. One thing to note is that some of the activities are quite expensive, especially when travelling with a family, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when budgeting for the trip. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Centara Grand Lagoon, especially for families looking for a beautiful resort with great facilities, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Everything was absolutely AMAZING!! The staff is so kind and friendly. The service is phenomenal! The spa was 5 stars for sure. My spa therapist was Janna and she was great! Inan provided the absolute BEST customer service and treatment for us during our stay. He booked all of our dinner reservations, cart transfers and activities while there. One of the most kind people I’ve ever met.
