I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The most upsetting part of our holiday was witnessing the way a disabled guest was treated around the pool. She was sitting on a sun lounger with her wheelchair beside her when staff asked her and her husband to move so they could take the umbrella. Her husband clearly explained that she was disabled, yet the staff continued insisting that she move. This cannot simply be dismissed as a language barrier, as her disability was obvious from both her wheelchair and her husband’s explanation. It was upsetting and completely lacking in compassion. We also experienced several issues ourselves. The door to our room was broken for the first few days of our stay. We reported it to reception, but despite being told it had been fixed, it remained broken and took several days to be repaired. When my sister asked for some drinking water, she was told to get it from the tap, despite the hotel representative advising guests not to drink the tap water. This was both confusing and unhelpful. The majority of the staff were rude, dismissive and unapproachable. The only exception was the gentleman working at the pool bar, who was consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful. He was the only member of staff who made us feel valued as guests. We were also told that we were not allowed to charge our phones anywhere in the reception area. By this point, both of our phones were almost completely dead, and our boarding passes were stored on them for our journey home. It took our TUI representative stepping in and asking the reception staff before they finally agreed to let us charge them, and even then, we were only allowed to charge them behind the reception desk. Throughout this interaction, the ladies on reception were staring at us and sniggering amongst themselves. Their behaviour was unprofessional and unnecessarily upsetting, particularly for my 16-year-old sister. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but I have never been as disappointed as I was with this one. Between the poor customer service, the lack of urgency in resolving maintenance issues, and the treatment of both ourselves and another guest with a disability, this was a very negative experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

It was our first time staying at the Yaramar and we absolutely loved it! The hotel was beautiful and the views from our balcony were stunning. After reading some past reviews I was a bit worried about not being able to get a sun lounger by the pool but there was plenty and we had no issues. On arrival we were welcomed by Freida who was so lovely and helpful. Big shout out to Ami - she brightened our day with her aqua arobics (woooo) and Rocìo providing us entertainment, such a lovely, friendly lady. We would absolutely stay again, neither of us wanted to come home today!!

We were very well looked by friendly staff, we took a liking to one of the manager in the restaurant. Her name is Doreen she was very pleasant and made good conversation, the food and facilities are excellent. Hotel is spotless and well maintained, deserves to be a 5 star. Will return next year.

Pagas la ubicación que es súper buena, primera linea de playa pero la verdad que para ser un tuiblue, creo que no está a la altura. El mantenimiento de este hotel es bastante escaso. La ducha estaba llena de moho negro en las juntas, el techo del baño también fatal y lo peor fue el ruido. La habitación super mal insonorizada, un ruido tremendo. Estábamos junto al rellano de la piscina y fue horrible. El personal del hotel en la misma puerta de la habitación pegando voces, arrastrando mesas y sillas... Creo que deberían mirarlo porque vas a un hotel a descansar aunque allí creo que es imposible. No había ni un poco de crema corporal, en un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede faltar. El buffet de desayuno ni fu ni fa, todo de bastante poca calidad. Le doy tres estrellas porque los camareros y la gente de recepción eran bastante agradables y atentos, por lo demás no volveré

One of the best four-star hotels in Los Boliches/Fuengirola. Can be a little pricey at certain times of the year but fantastic bargains can be found during off-peak months. Rooms are well furnished and clean, staff are friendly & attentive and the hotel is in a central beachfront location.

Wow what a fantastic hotel! My first time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. The rooms, the service, food everything was great. The check in staff were so welcoming and the entertainment team went above and beyond. One evening there was a knock at my hotel room….. to my surprise it was the a bottle of bubbly and a hand written card for my birthday. It made my day even more special. Thank you so much…. See you again!!!!
