First let me say as a previous Sandals customer, this one regarding the service was the worst by far. No one at this resort pays attention to anything you ask for. For example they ask you can they bring you a drink at the restaurant, you may or may not get what you asked for. Even the room service you order on an App everything is right in front of you all they had to do is follow the written instructions, again things were missing from the order. No sense of urgency at all. You will hear "Sorry" the whole time you are there. The resort is beautiful the rooms are nice and the housekeeping was fine. Again its 100% the service you receive outside the room. No one seems to care about anything. At the food trucks you may see a worker in them or you may not. All the fish at the restaurants were way over cooked and dry, again a first at Sandals. Usually an island has great fish/seafood.. not here.

What an amazing experience! Ramone, Nigel and Hind spoiled us from the second we stepped foot on property. From the champagne welcome to the perfectly timed lunch delivery after getting back from our excursion, we couldn’t have had better service. The three of them were personable, friendly, and really got to know us in a genuine way. This allowed this to make our time unique. The property was also amazing. The food was worth it by itself and I pride myself in finding great food places. Each restaurant had its on personality and there were plenty of options to choose from. My only complaint would be them not opening early enough for me to be able to be eat more lol. As far as our room went, we had the private pool room and it was perfect for our honeymoon. It was enclosed so we had privacy and felt no one was on top of us. It was also located super close to everything so getting to dinner was easy. The pool was much bigger than expected so that also made it worth it. I’ve already been telling anyone who will listen to book this resort, but if you can also request Ramone, Nigel, and Hind then what are you waiting on?!

Sandals Curaçao truly deserves a 5/5 rating in every way! We had an absolutely incredible stay, from the stunning scenery and beautiful surroundings to the spotless cleanliness and gorgeous rooms. What really made our experience exceptional was the outstanding staff, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our trip. I would especially like to recognize two amazing members of the Spa team, Aishlionelly and Alex, for their exceptional massage therapy skills. Thank you both for providing such a relaxing, rejuvenating, and truly perfect massage experience. It was the ideal way to top off an already wonderful week in paradise! Thank you to the entire Sandals Curaçao team for making our stay so memorable. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and grateful for such an amazing experience. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily return. Highly recommended—Sandals Curaçao is truly a little piece of paradise! 🌴✨

We recently returned from a week stay at Sandals Royal Curacao. The property was gorgeous and very well maintained. The food was also delicious. However, the service at the restaurants was so poor that it significantly impacted our overall enjoyment of the property. The waitstaff was generally rude, unaccommodating, and acted like the guests were a burden. This was across the resort, almost like it was meant to be that way to keep people from ordering too much or staying too long at a table. Keep in mind that the Sandals concepts really keeps guests at the property for most meals, so to have such a poor experience was disappointing. Similarly, we are scuba divers and the same attitude was present at the onsite PADI Scuba Center. The diving was absolutely stunning, so we enjoyed our experience underwater, but we have never been at a shop where serving the clients seemed such an inconvenience and almost a nuisance. There were some aspects of their attitude that we felt were also unsafe - e.g., everyone got on the boat and was told to find tanks that were full, among tanks that were both used (cap off) and supposedly refilled (cap on). 80% of our initially tested tanks came up with less than 2000 psi - and these were cap on! We then had to ask multiple times for new filled tanks and once got a hot fill. Overall, the service at the property seemed intentional - meaning to give guests who had already paid in full for all experiences (including tips) as little courtesy as possible, perhaps to dissuade a use of services as that is what increases staffing costs.

Sandals Royal Curaçao property is pristine and vibrant. The ENT Team was terrific and provided so much entertainment. Dylan was a great ambassador for the activities and made everyone feel like family. Shakur was also excellent for providing great customer service and interacting with guests. The food options are plenty and staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall this is the premier Sandals location!

Dennilee, the entertainment team, and dancers were amazing at our Sandals Royal Curaçao honeymoon stay with their performances. They made every night worth coming out to watch and enjoy ourselves. The other staff as well were just as amazing along with the food and room service team. Also, we came during the 4th of July and it was beautiful with the fireworks!
