I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The air conditioning was not working properly—it cooled extremely slowly and didn’t even reach the bed area, making the stay quite uncomfortable. Even after multiple complaints, the staff did not respond or take any meaningful action to fix the issue. The room lighting was also poor, with only three small lights, which made it very difficult to see at night. We had to rely on our phone flashlights just to pack and find things. Additionally, the charging switches were faulty—especially for Indian chargers, which didn’t fit securely and kept slipping out. The bathroom was another letdown. It was quite small, with no separate controls for hot and cold water, making it inconvenient to use. The shower was old and rusty, adding to the overall poor experience. Considering the price we paid, this hotel is definitely not worth it. There are far better options available at similar or even lower prices. I would not recommend booking this hotel based on positive reviews alone—our experience was far from satisfactory.

Ich hatte über AirBnb gebucht. Hatte für 7 Nächte angefragt für ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang. Der Preis war mega günstig und natürlich schlug ich direkt zu. Allderdings hieß es, dass das Zimmer nur für 5 Nächte verfügbar ist und man schickte mir einen link zur nochmaligen Buchung mit Datumsänderung. Dies tat ich. Nachdem ich dann mein Urlaub dort verbrachte sah ich später dass ich auf einmal das 3fache abgebucht wurde. Ja ich hätte evtl. nochmal bei der Änderung der Buchung drüber schauen sollen aber wer geht davon aus, dass man für weniger Tage dann das 3fache zahlt. Also passt auf bei der Buchung. Auf Nachfrage gab es keine wirkliche Reaktion. Das ist sehr enttäuschend und man fühlt sich echt betrogen.

Chambre spacieuse avec lit confortable. Salle de bains et toilettes sales et vieux c'est vraiment dommage. Très jolie balcon avec belle vue. Cendrier pour les fumeurs. Très bon emplacement il est a 10mn de la plage et de la rue principale. Un peu loin du grand night market mais il y a des tuktuk. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Bien pour une nuit ou deux mais pas plus a cause des sanitaires.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Toutefois situé tout en haut de la rue principale, donc à une bonne distance de la plage. L’hôtel est situé un peu à l’écart de la route en haut d’une montée assez raide… Notre chambre était dans le bâtiment le plus en hauteur. Des escaliers, des escaliers,….. L’hôtel mériterait un bon rafraîchissement, mais on y trouve l’essentiel… Le personnel au niveau du petit déjeuner devrait être plus souriant et accueillant.

I stayed at Chada for 5 days and my overall experience is positive. I have the room with pool access and partial mountain view and it was stunning. However, the hotel is has old charm, meaning that its not on par with modern interior. Its decorated with antique chinese influence furniture and doorware. If you are into this vibe, then you will appreciate the room because I loved it. The staff were wonderful and friendly. They do try to help you as much as they can, although I would consider the service as slow. The breakfast variety is not the greatest but they taste good. The location is so convenient. It is further away from Ao Nang beach (20mins down the road) but that means that the hotel is quieter, but still within close distance to 7-11, great eateries and massage spas.

Actualment és un hotel FANTÀSTIC que està en obres de remodelació. Som els únics clients que hi ha dels que tenen piscina des de l’habitació: 1 de 7. La testa les estan arranjant i pintant. Estan desmontant bastides de les reformes que estan fent. És el segon cop wue hi anem. Si tornem a Krabi un altre cop, SEGUR que hi tornem. 👌👍
