Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and provided good value for the price. There are a few things future guests should be aware of. The bathrooms are quite dated and could benefit from some renovations. Housekeeping is not provided daily and, if I understood correctly, room cleaning is only included for stays of four nights or longer. Additionally, I was surprised to learn there was an extra charge when I requested a fresh towel. It's also important to note that having a car is highly recommended. If you want to eat somewhere other than the hotel restaurant, there are very few dining options within walking distance. Likewise, if you're planning to spend time at different beaches around the island, having a car will make your stay much more convenient. Despite these points, we still had a good experience overall and enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The resort is beautiful, very well-maintained, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while also enjoying a relaxing getaway. It was our first family holiday with two kids (aged 6 and 4) and we booked a two bedroom apartment. It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming. We made so many great memories here and will always look back on this trip with a smile. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service and a perfect location. Aún me duele la espalda de haberme clavado los muelles del colchón de la Suite de 5 estrellas por no decir el olor y la suciedad de la habitación, el trasnoche diario hasta las 12 de la noche con música y el despertar a las 7.30 con el personal de Mantenimiento, etc incluso en fin de semana… un despropósito.Menuda pesadilla de vacaciones. Lo único positivo la amabilidad del socorrista para tener hamaca en la piscina

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with this hotel before we have even arrived. We originally booked a 3-night stay through Booking.com and were very excited about our upcoming visit. Unfortunately, when we tried to extend our reservation by just one additional night, we were told this was not possible because of a "minimum stay requirement." This explanation makes absolutely no sense. We are not attempting to make a new one-night booking—we are simply trying to add a fourth night to an existing 3-night reservation. After several exchanges, the hotel eventually came back with what can only be described as an unreasonable alternative. Rather than allowing us to add a single night, they insisted that we cancel and rebook the entire stay. Even worse, the price they quoted for the additional night was almost as much as we are paying for the other three nights combined, and they also required full upfront payment. What makes this even more frustrating is that a quick check of Booking.com and other travel websites shows that rooms are clearly available for the additional night we requested. The hotel is therefore not refusing because of a lack of availability; they are simply refusing to accommodate an existing confirmed guest who wishes to extend their stay. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, inflexible, and customer-unfriendly. We were genuinely looking forward to staying here, but this experience has left a very negative impression before we have even checked in. Good hospitality is about helping guests and finding reasonable solutions, not creating unnecessary obstacles and imposing unreasonable costs. Based on how we have been treated so far, we would strongly advise potential guests to think carefully before booking. A hotel's service should not begin at check-in—it begins from the moment a reservation is made. Unfortunately, our experience has demonstrated a complete lack of flexibility and customer care.

Personal muy amable sitio bonito y con muchos servicios y desayuno muy rico pero tiene algunas cosas con mejora importante para lograr el confort de los turistas. La habitación tenia un olor a lejía y ambientador muy fuerte (mis amigos que se alojaban en otra habitación han dicho exactamente lo mismo con respecto al olor) que no logramos quitar ventilando los dos primeros días. Hoy han cortado los setos de la piscina a las 7.30 de la mañana quizás no es la mejor hora por el ruido importante que se genera y es más bien una hora para dormir. El sábado y el domingo también han hecho muchísimo ruido a la 7:50 cada día era una cosa.. corte de setos y arbustos, poda de palmeras con unos ruidos del personal de mantenimiento inaceptables para unas vacaciones en paz. Para los que tengan dificultades se debe tener en cuenta que hay que caminar bastante y bajar y subir escaleras al ser el resort de casitas. No te hacen la habitación ni te cambian sábanas ni las toallas en 6 días por ser apartahotel y lo que menos me ha gustado sin duda es que no hay cafetera de ningún tipo disponible en el hotel a pesar de ser apartahotel (preguntamos en recepción y al personal de limpieza y dijeron que los nuevos propietarios habían eliminado todo tipo de cafeteras de las habitaciones) y el café en el bar cuesta 3,5€… un inconveniente importante. Esas son las áreas que me gustaría que mejorasen para poder ser realmente un 5 llaves, por lo demás hotel bonito con bastantes servicios y personal muy amable. La autovía a pesar de estar pegada al hotel no se oye por la noche. El olor de las habitaciones si es urgente de solucionar quizás simplemente con productos menos agresivos se resuelve. Añadir que en la última noche había en la habitación contigua una familia de Melilla que discutían muy fuerte y al día siguiente tuvimos que presenciar una situación dantestesca de gritos e insultos entre ellos. Por último me olvidé un pendiente de oro en la mesilla derecha. Nos acordamos una hora después y llamamos rápidamente para dar aviso de que nos lo habíamos dejado sobre la mesilla y al llamar dijeron que la persona que limpiaba había dicho que no estaba…

Stayed for 7 days in April in the Santa Barbara luxury rooms. 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony pool. Great rooms, nice and quiet, everything you need in the rooms. Large TV, testing in each rooms Apple tv and a sound bar. Full working kitchen. Pizza delivery on site straight to your room if you want. You definitely need a car!
