Firstly, ignore the negative reviews. You can’t please everyone. Hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. There were 4 of us and we had two swim up rooms. Rooms were immaculate, I’m immunosuppressed and was worried due to infection risk when I saw some of the other reviews but I had no issues at all. Fresh towels everyday and they provide beach towels too. The staff are incredible and can’t do enough for you, loungers are comfy, pool is clean (the swim up bar pool is the best). We just did bed and breakfast and the breakfast was great. Loved the breakfast room (outdoors) it was set beautifully with a range of options and an egg station where the chef would do omelette, waffles, eggs any style, on demand. There’s a separate part to the hotel across the road that looks like it’s still under construction but it has a badminton court on the roof and a gym as well. Beryls bar is a short walk away and the food there was 10/10. We spent a lot of money on taxis due to the location of the hotel but we knew this beforehand. It’s so peaceful and truly felt like wakening up in paradise every single day! I spent my 30th birthday here and the staff made it out to remember. Thank you. We will be back!

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel et il n’était absolument pas conforme aux photos présentées. L’établissement est situé dans un endroit très isolé, sans rien autour, à environ 45 minutes en voiture du centre-ville. La piscine était verte et clairement mal entretenue, alors que sur les photos elle apparaissait propre et bleue. Les toilettes étaient sales, cassées et du papier usagé non jeté. De plus, notre chambre n’était même pas prête à notre arrivée. Face à toutes ces conditions, nous avons préféré repartir immédiatement et nous n’avons pas séjourné dans cet hôtel.

Leider hatten wir hier ein sehr schlechtes Hotelerlebnis. Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht, wollten uns eine schöne Zeit machen und wurden enttäuscht. Unser Zimmer im Bereich D war stark in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Tür hatten wir beim Öffnen in der Hand, die Balkontür ließ sich nicht abschließen (Reparatur erst nach mehreren Stunden). Das Frühstück war okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Als wir nach dem Frühstück ins Zimmer zurückkamen, fanden wir kleine Tiere/Würmer auf dem Bett, was für uns absolut inakzeptabel war. Wir sind daraufhin vorzeitig ausgecheckt, positiv war immerhin, dass wir nur eine Nacht zahlen mussten. Der Poolbereich ist schön, jedoch ist der hintere Teil der Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt leider keine Empfehlung.

Très bon hôtel et surtout très calme. Demander chambre à l’étage. Indispensable ! Elles sont très belles et entretenues taxi Grab chaque jour. Petit dej très bons et cafés. Hôtel très calme. Plage à marée basse puis haute vers 15 h Très bon petit déjeuner

Good, peaceful stay with a hard-working and lovely team Overall, we had a good stay! The resort is nice and spacious. It is a bit older, but that’s completely normal and was totally fine with us. To future guests: if you prefer brand-new, modern facilities, check pictures online beforehand instead of blaming the staff for the age of the buildings. Location & Shuttles: It’s quite far away from everything, which we knew prior to booking. Just a quick note for future guests: there are shuttles to nearby towns, but you need to reserve them in advance and there aren't many departures per day. Rooms & Housekeeping: The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was a bit funny: I accidentally spilled some sunscreen next to the sink and left it there to see if it would get cleaned. It stayed there until our last day, so I ended up wiping it off myself! Also, the fresh towels had a slightly burnt plastic smell at times. Not a dealbreaker for us, just something to note. Food & Pool: The food was good. We wanted to try fine dining once, but no staff was present, so you definitely need to make a reservation for that. The pool has set opening hours, which makes sense as staff constantly clean out falling leaves and plants during the day. Staff & Management: The staff is young and seems a bit short-handed, but they give everything they have. They are super sweet, polite, and respectful. A special thanks to the manager, who was incredibly lovely and helped us out with a special request without any hassle. Treat the staff with kindness! — they really do their best with what they have! Summary: A recommended spot if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

I had an amazing stay here with my fiancée and another couple the island as a whole is one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. Staff were excellent and very respectful any issue or assistance we needed they were there to help, obviously as it’s a secluded hotel with nature all around you for the off bit of debris in the pool but they cleaned it often and THE POOL WAS NOT DIRTY. Any Karen’s on here complaining about this hotel don’t have a clue don’t listen to them. I’ve had one of the best experiences of my life here. Only thing that’s slightly annoying is always having to get a grab but not a major issue TUKTUKS are fun for coming back to resort also BERYLS BAR which is with walking distance is amazing, there’s a good few stray dogs and cats that are on the island but all friendly and treated very well by locals. You’d be mental not to visit
