Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Baan Hin Sai Resort. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu, avec deux très belles piscines et des chambres confortables. Il faut simplement savoir que l’établissement est construit sur un terrain assez pentu et qu’il y a beaucoup d’escaliers, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant. Heureusement, des voiturettes sont disponibles sur demande, ce qui facilite vraiment les déplacements dans l’hôtel. Le personnel est un véritable point fort : très agréable, souriant et toujours serviable. On trouve également plusieurs salons de massage directement dans l’établissement, ce qui est très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner est globalement convenable et offre un choix correct. Petit message au responsable concernant le petit-déjeuner : certains aliments nous ont semblé avoir un goût qui indiquait qu’ils avaient peut-être dépassé leur meilleur état de fraîcheur. Il serait vraiment préférable de maintenir certains aliments au frais, notamment sur glace ou dans un système de réfrigération adapté, afin de garantir leur fraîcheur et leur qualité tout au long du service. Ce serait un vrai plus pour l’expérience globale. Dans l’ensemble, un hôtel que nous avons apprécié et où nous avons passé un bon séjour, notamment grâce au cadre, aux piscines et surtout à la gentillesse du personnel.

We had a fantastic stay at Baan Hin Sai Resort & Spa. The beautiful surroundings, relaxing atmosphere, and attentive staff made our holiday truly memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Khun Mind for her kindness and for recommending wonderful places and activities around Koh Samui. Her local tips helped us make the most of our trip and were greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone at the resort for your exceptional hospitality. We can't wait to return for another stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Baan Hin Sai Resort. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very welcoming. The restaurant was so nice and specially the foods, and also the Spa so nice and such a great view. We would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their kindness and excellent hospitality, especially Christy, Koi, and Chai. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. We are truly grateful for such a memorable experience. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A great resort-style hotel with excellent staff who go out of their way to assist you and provide great service. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a mini bar and room service on offer. Dotted around the hotel site, amidst well-tended jungle/gardens, there are a couple of swimming pools with good views out across the Gulf of Thailand, a spa, and a restaurant which is open throughout the day until around 9.30pm. You can walk, or call for a golf cart to pick you up and take you! Its location is ideal if you wish to be a little away from the hustle and bustle of town/beach, which is a 30 minute walk or a short taxi ride away.

Overall we were very impressed with this place. Would 100% recommend and book again. All staff were exceptionally good. Num Thi especially was very very helpful. Pros: - Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. They went out of their way a few times to make sure everything was good for us. They even prepared a breakfast bag for us since we had a 6 a.m flight and could not have breakfast that day. - Comfortable and clean rooms with great views. - Relatively cheap bike/car rentals right at the resort without any deposits, passports or otherwise. - Great location and beautiful campus, very quiet and calm but also not too far from the hotspots like bo phut and Chaweng. Meh: - Depending on where your room is, it can become quite a hike. But thankfully they provide golf carts from I think 7 a.m to 11 p.m on demand for pick up and drop anywhere within the resort. - The washroom/toilet door does not really have a lock and has some open space at the top and bottom which directly opens into the room. It was a strange experience for us. 😅 - We were not really able to use the Jacuzzi in our room because there was almost never any hot water due to a technical fault. Cons: - The breakfast spread is a bit lacking and can be improved a lot. Only some fruits, vegetables and breads when we were there. Although they did have delicious pancakes and eggs to order, and also a daily thai dish to order.

We had a wonderful stay at Baan Hin Sai Resort & Spa Koh Samui. The resort offers beautiful views, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food to choose. They had baggy service during 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The hotel receptionist was very helpful and assisted us in renting a motorcycle during our stay. We would especially like to thank Khun Num Thi, the Guest Service Agent, for his excellent service. He was always welcoming, attentive, and willing to assist whenever we needed help. What stood out the most was how helpful and welcoming everyone was. All staffs made us feel comfortable and always greeted us with a smile. Their kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Baan Hin Sai Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Koh Samui. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!
