We are returning customers and will DEFINITELY go back again! The hotel is only 20minutes away from airport and we have booked a private transfer both times, however, local public transport is also good. The rooms have mini kitchen and good space to accommodate a family for a week or so. The rooms are cleaned every day and the service team is really good (and fast!). Attention to the detail, especially for the kids is highly appreciated! The main reason we love BSH is all they do for kids! From mini club, pool activities to mini disco - absolutely wonderful break for both the kids and the adults! The club and disco team is wonderful! The activities, themed parties and overall care for children is superb! We also love the indoor pool option, SPA services and gym on site. Highly recommend booking for their wellness massage 👌 Finally, food and drink - good choice and freshly cooked! Happy hour is great too! Thank you to all the team members for making our stay very memorable ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at Benalmádena Palace Spa Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The food was excellent with a great variety every day, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding. Our room was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was kept clean and well maintained. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The reception team were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A very special thank you goes to the Mini Club team for taking such wonderful care of our daughter, Khadija. Steffi was absolutely incredible—100 out of 100! She made Khadija feel so happy and welcome every day, and we can’t thank her enough for her kindness, patience, and enthusiasm. Khadija loved spending time at the Mini Club because of her. We also want to mention Benny, who was excellent and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel deserves 10 out of 10. We already miss the place and can’t wait to come back. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We just stayed 6 nights with toddler twins and really enjoyed the stay. The staff at the cleaners/restaurant and pool were excellent and very helpful. The hotel itself has great facilities with pools outdoor/indoor and no issues finding sun loungers. The rooms were great and clean with decent sized bathrooms. As others have said the hotel is on a pretty steep hil,l so if you have accessiblity issues, then make sure you are prepared for that if you want to walk to the beach etc. For us it was not a problem - the path at the back at the hotel towards the spa was probably easier to get down/up with a pram. The only issue we had was that although the breakfast/lunch was good, the evening meals didn't really appeal to us and some nights the options weren't great/limited. I also got pretty ill on the last night and suspect it was related to that although the rest of the week was fine. I woudl probably recommend going half board potentially!

Second year coming to this hotel. The hotel facilities are perfect for our family. Good pool, football pitch, games room, brilliant kids club, great entertainment by the pool everyday. All the staff are very friendly. The kids loved all the staff who take the kids club, pool entertainment and kids disco. Special mention to Estefi, Jesus, Claudia, Vero and Celia.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff and brilliant with our son. Room was spotless after cleaning, never an issue with requests. Very family friendly, with the Mini club being great fun for our 15 month old! Stefi, Claudia, Fabi and Vero all played a huge help in his first holiday! Natasha and Jesus put on some excellent adult activities throughout the week, like Paella cookout and water aerobics! Will definitely be back!

This was our third visit to Benalmádena Palace, and definitely not our last! The hotel is fantastic – the food is absolutely amazing with a great variety every day. Even though the hotel was busy, the restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner were brilliant: professional, attentive, and always quick to help. It’s a perfect place for families with kids. Our daughter Hannah absolutely loved the kids club – there were so many fun activities, crafts, and the mini disco every evening was a highlight. A very special thank you to Steffi – she is truly outstanding. Her energy, kindness, and genuine care for the children made such a difference. Hannah adored her, and it was so lovely to see how she engaged with all the kids, making them feel happy, included, and excited every day. She really goes above and beyond, and she is a real credit to the hotel. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job. Our room was spotless every day, and Aroia was fantastic. We truly love this place, highly recommend it, and can’t wait to come back again!
