We recently spent 3 nights at Travellers Beach Resort and had such a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were polite, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, and the hotel itself had a beautiful romantic atmosphere with lush tropical scenery throughout the resort. The grounds were very well maintained and felt peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant food was incredible we genuinely never had a bad meal during our stay, and the portion sizes were generous. I’d honestly say it was the best restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. We especially enjoyed trying the Bob Marley cocktails! Although we didn’t spend much time around the pool, we did use the games room which was lovely. Most of our time was spent on the beach, which was only a short walk from our room. The beach was absolutely heavenly, and the hotel provided loungers and towels which made everything so convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and we also felt very safe exploring outside the resort. We walked to the Scotiabank ATM, which was only about a 10- minute walk away. Nearby there’s a small shopping centre with places like Burger King, smoothie bars, phone shops, a cannabis dispensary, and more. On our way back to the hotel, we visited the local craft market and picked up some lovely souvenirs. We also took a taxi to Sweet Spice Restaurant, and it ended up being one of the best meals I had in Jamaica definitely worth visiting! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Travellers Negril and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, tropical getaway with great food, friendly staff, and an amazing beach location.

I am on their loyalty program. You are to get better rate. I wanted to bring a friend there for her birthday. I kept trying to call but no answer. So I just went ahead and booked on line. So when I checked in only half was charged to my card already. They would not adjust the price. The price on their website was almost twice as much. Mind you this wasn't someone else's booking site but their own. Then checkin is at 3:00 but we didn't get our room until 4:00. No apology..notbing. The staff at front desk did not seem to be interested in customer service. More interested in talking with each other. I used to enjoy there however with this last experience I won't be staying there. Sad to see them go down hill.

Wonderful place!! Access to beach, they a gym and game room. Front desk didn’t take long to get us our room. Barrette was fast at getting our bags and taking us to our room. Bartenders Alex and Ricky were very attentive, always checking up on us. We did eat at the restaurant but took awhile for us to catch their attention. Service was hard to get here. Food was good though. Over all amazing place to stay. Would recommend and come back.

My boyfriend and I stayed here 6/16 & 6/18. Overall, the hotel is nice, clean, and cost-effective. It’s not a luxury hotel but we were comfortable for the most part. The actual room and bathroom were muchhhhhh smaller than what they appeared online. I was expecting the room and bathroom to be a lot more spacious. There were ALOT of bug noises outside of the bedroom that were pretty noisy at night. Ms. Chanile checked us into the hotel and she went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. She was extremely friendly and helpful and we appreciated that. Overall, it was clean and that is what matter to us the most.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Our stay was excellent, The staff is very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The environment is peaceful and quiet right at the end of the 7 mile beach. It cannot get more peaceful than this. The property is very well kept and clean. Thank you for making our stay in Jamaica so lovely!

Nothing but great things. My go to hotel for when I’m handling business in the west. Great food, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Chill game room. The gym has everything one needs on vacation, the pool side is a great area to relax at with a drink after dinner, or on the beach.
