Excellent value for money with very reasonable pricing. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and one of the biggest advantages is the amazing basement parking, which makes arriving and leaving completely hassle-free. A special thank you to Raul at reception for his warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Also, many thanks to Mr. Raheem at the swimming pool bar for his friendly attitude and excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this place and happily return again.

The breakfast was good and the spa was pleasant, although access costs extra. However, we booked a Superior Room expecting the pool view shown on Booking, but were given a room facing a busy road with significant traffic noise. When we raised the issue, the staff simply told us that the rooms shown online were not available, which we did not find to be a satisfactory response. The pool is also smaller than it appears in the photos, and a car is essential due to the location.

He disfrutado de unos días fantásticos.
