Le gros point noir qui nous a gâché le voyage, c'était l'hôtel mercure à Sanur ! Il est inadmissible de séparer les familles dans des chambres qui ne sont ni communiquantes, ni côte à côte. Nous sommes passé par tous nos états et c'est inadmissible ! Dès notre arrivée, on nous a donné 2 chambres à l'opposé, à plus de 100m de distance ! Nous avons vu avec la personne d'Asia qui nous a assuré faire le nécessaire pour l'extension. Le jour où nous devions changer nos chambres, nos anciennes chambres ont été verrouillées avec nos affaires dedans ! nous avons dû remuer ciel et terre pour faire comprendre aux personnes que nos baggages n'étaient pas totalement faits comme on nous a demandé de libérer les chambre à 15h et non midi ! Ils ont même mis ma maman et son compagnon en dehors de leur chambre car ils pensaient que c'était eux qui devaient déménager ! Cela a été un véritable cirque et nous ne sommes pas sensé être inquiets et en colère pendant nos vacances ! nous voulons passer les vacances en famille et non pas dans des chambres à plus de 100m de distance ! c'est intolérable ! Pour les repas, nous avons continué le cirque avec des vouchers à récuperer à l'accueil pour les redonner le soir. Je ne parle même pas de la nourriture que nous étions obligés de réclammer après 20h30 (si pas avant) et de la grande table, celle "du groupe" où nous étions condamnés à être, un peu dans l'obscurité et qui a été supprimée dès le dimanche soir, alors que nous avions le repas de prévu. Nous avons donc eu un buffet très restreint ! Bref, Sanur nous a clairement plombé nos vacances, alors qu'à priori, il s'agissait de l'hôtel le plus chic du séjour. Je ne recommanderais surtout pas cet hôtel aux familles étant donné que nos consignes du mois de février (chambre communiquantes ou côte à côte) n'ont pas été respectés ! Je ne parle même pas des autres personnes de notre groupe qui se sont vu attribuer une chambre non prête, ou encore d'autres que l'on a dû déménager 2 fois de chambre sous prétexte que cela arrangeait l'hôtel (un enfant de 16ans à l'opposé de la chambre de ses grands parents). L'hôtel est aussi incapable de s'adapter : il y avait un DJ un soir, la musique était trop forte déjà pour nous, mais les personnes âgées du groupe n'ont pas pu diner et l'hôtel n'a rien proposé d'autre (aller diner plus à l'écart ou là où nous déjeunions le matin) étant donné que nous devions rester à la table "du groupe" ! Lamentable !

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. The grounds are well maintained, the rooms are a great size but they definitely need some work. The mattress in our room needs replacing(a hole in the side) and the pillows and towels have seen better days. There seems to be enough sun loungers around the pools and on the beach. The breakfast was okay. The hotel is a lot cheaper than the other hotels just up the beach so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Had a wonderful stay at Mercury Resort Sanur. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing, with lovely gardens and a great atmosphere. One of the highlights was the lovely beachfront, perfect for morning walks, relaxing by the sea and watching the sunset. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive and always happy to help, which made the stay feel extra special. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, the pool area was fantastic, and the location was perfect. Breakfast had a great selection and the food was very good. It was the perfect place to unwind and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Would happily return and highly recommend it.

Saya sangat puas bisa berkunjung ke Mercure Resort Sanur. Hotelnya bersih, nyaman, dan memiliki suasana yang tenang dengan lokasi yang langsung menghadap pantai. Pelayanan seluruh staf sangat ramah, cepat, dan profesional sehingga membuat pengalaman menginap terasa istimewa. Fasilitasnya lengkap, kamarnya nyaman, dan sangat cocok untuk berlibur bersama keluarga maupun pasangan. Sangat direkomendasikan, saya pasti ingin menginap di sini lagi.

Kembali menginap di hotel dekat Pantai sanur bali, kali ini saya mencoba Mercure Hotel Sanur. Pertama kali datang, disambut oleh keramahan para petugas hotel terutama dengan menyajikan welcome drink yang segar. Proses check ini cukup cepat, tapi baru bisa masuk kamar pukul 15.00 sore. Sambil menunggu masuk kamar, akhirnya kami jalan-jalan ke Pantai dan kolam renang hotel. Salah satu kelebihan hotel ini memang langsung terhubung ke Pantai. Selain kolam renang yang terdiri dari kolam renang besar dan kolam renang kecil, di hotel ini juga terdapat fasilitas lapangan tenis. Sepertinya, kondisinya cukup baik, tapi kami tidak sempat menggunakannya. Untuk kamarnya dapat dikatakan sudah agak tua, meskipun tetap nyaman untuk tidur. Dan kamarnya ternyata cukup luas. Di kamar ternyata juga terdapat nyamuk, tapi manajemen hotel ada kasih anti nyamuk elektrik untuk di kamar. Yang saya agak bingung, tempat minum dan kulkas dijadikan satu ruangan dengan kamar mandi dan toilet. rasanya agak aneh ya desain kamarnya, jadi terkesan kurang higienis gitu. Meskipun demikian, di hotel ini enaknya bebas refill air mineral botol kaca. Berapa pun nambah diperbolehkan dan akan diantarkan ke kamar. Untuk sarapannya cukup banyak variasinya, baik makanan western maupun makanan Indonesia tersaji disini. Saran saya untuk manajemen, hotel ini sepertinya membutuhkan renovasi, terutama pada bagian kamar. Renovasi bukan hanya berkaitan dengan kamar yang sudah tua, namun juga tata letak kamar.

We had an outstanding experience hosting our event at Mercure Resort Sanur. The entire team was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming from the planning stage through the event itself. The venue was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for our event. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and every staff member went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all of our guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.
