A wonderful stay at a quality resort. The staff are friendly and welcoming and looked after us very well. The facilities are excellent including both the pools. The spa was excellent. Thank you Park Royal team. The hotel is conveniently located, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the balcony features a small wading pool with fantastic views – a perfect vantage point for watching the sunset. The breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious.

We are a family traveling with young kids. Our titanium status did get us a suite upgrade. The service has been very courteous - when they found out it was our birthday and wedding anniversary, they gave us nice surprises accordingly. Also delivered a lovely amenity set and the first minibar was free. We only encountered very smiley and kind people throughout our stay and we ate a lot at Cassia and my family has been happy with the quality of the food. (As long as you’re not expecting Penang level of food quality but adjust expectations accordingly!) The pool can get a little crowded with many families but this was not a problem for us. The beach was beautiful but had the red flag the whole time. They also had a kids playground, an indoor playground for toddlers and younger kids. As well as an activity center for teens and adults - they were supervised, which is nice! There were a lot of families since we traveled during the school holidays, which was not a problem for us. The hotel was new-ish and we found cleanliness to be of a good standard.

Another great experience at PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort, this time joining their second pool tournament and I’m very happy to say that I won! 🏆🎱 It was another fun competition, with a great atmosphere and a chance to meet and play with both friends and hotel guests. The tournament was well organized and I really appreciate the effort put in by Mamu and his team throughout the event. Special thanks as well to Bernard, Director of Operations, for supporting and organizing the tournament. It’s great to see the resort creating activities like this for both guests and the local community. One small suggestion for the next tournament would be to consider having two tables or perhaps limiting the number of participants to around 16 players. The waiting time between matches was a little long, so having an additional table or a smaller group could make the tournament flow faster and keep everyone more engaged. Overall, I still had a great time and really enjoyed the competition. Credit to Mamu, his team and Bernard for making it happen. Looking forward to defending my title at the next tournament! 🏆😎🎱

Truly 5-Star: Exceptional Service and Genuine Hospitality We had a truly memorable stay, made especially wonderful by the professionalism, warmth and genuine care shown by the hotel team. Although we experienced a delay with one of our initial requests, the way the matter was handled demonstrated excellent service recovery. The team responded promptly, apologised sincerely, took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make things right. What impressed us most was that their actions felt genuine rather than merely procedural. A special appreciation goes to Au Yong, who personally followed up throughout our stay and ensured that my family was well taken care of. From the thoughtful arrangements during breakfast to the wonderful surprises, the team created moments that made our stay feel truly special. We also had great dining experiences, both at the barbeque by the beach with a fire show, as well as at the Lancava restaurant (Kawi was an amazing server). The attentiveness and hospitality shown by the service personnel were consistently outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, professional and eager to assist. Their ability to anticipate our needs, respond with empathy and add thoughtful personal touches reflected a strong culture of customer care. Thank you to Au Yong and the entire team for turning our stay into such a positive and memorable experience. Your dedication to guest satisfaction is highly commendable. We left the hotel feeling genuinely appreciated and well cared for, and we would be very happy to return in the future. Highly recommended for both the quality of the hospitality and the exceptional people behind it.

It was a great stay! Staff were lovely and attentive. Puva from F&B was amazing - he really looked after us throughout the day and made sure my kids got the right ice cream flavours! Location was perfect - the beach was quiet and clean and the premise was near the main road with the local eateries and shops. Big plus on the pool - it was massive with a kids area. They also had a kids club as well as an activity centre for the older kids (pool table, foosball, ping pong, board games, video games) - ideal for the rainy mornings! Everything was just perfect for a family beach resort holiday. Highly recommend!

Everything about this hotel is simply extraordinary. Every detail is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly modern. I would even rate it as a six-star hotel if I could 😍 The staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They are always smiling, genuinely kind, and attentive to every need. A special thank you to Zuria, whose professionalism and kindness made our stay even more memorable, and to the hotel photographer for capturing such wonderful moments. I would also like to sincerely thank Fariz and Shafik for their incredible service at the restaurant. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made every meal a pleasure✨ The restaurant is outstanding, offering excellent quality in a beautiful setting. The beach is just across from the hotel, and all the facilities are perfectly maintained and fully equipped. Everything is spotless. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and offer the most breathtaking view I have ever seen. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced a view quite like this. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Having stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say that this one ranks among the very best. On top of that, it offers exceptional value for money ❤️ Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or especially a honeymoon, this hotel is the perfect choice. I will definitely be coming back with great pleasure 🥰
