Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten hotel. Przestronne, czyste pokoje, mnóstwo zieleni, 4 baseny, czyste plaża, boiska, strefa spa i wiele, wiele więcej. Przemiła, uśmiechnięta obsługa. Wow. Dla turystów z Polski informacja, że przed hotelem stoją TukTuki z czego jeden z nich jest szczególnie godny polecenia. Pomalowany w barwy Brazylii. Prowadzi go Abdalla, który świetnie spisuje się jako przewodnik po Malindi a jego ceny są bardzo przystępne. Warto go wybierać.

As someone who's been a previous customer, I am appalled by the media reception. We arrived at the same time with a group. They got the complementary drink and we didn't. Strike one. Secondly we get to the room and clearly it wasn't cleaned. Very dusty. We got a very old room. No toiletries. Strike two.The stay is going to be interesting. I'll be back with an update. Perhaps they can redeem themselves. New update! Well... I had optimism but alas, they made the bed but didn't clean the floor nor change the towels. I reached out to the reception. Plenty stories. I just want a smooth stay. Not spectacular. Just bare minimum for a holiday. Updates : 80% of staff have name tags written "I am Training ". They look overwhelmed and at times aloof. The number of FTE is a small number. I know it's low season but still a decent level of professionalism is required. I'm happy for the trainees but can help sense some form of exploitation. I'll be back with more.

Would not recommend. We begged (literally) to have our rooms cleaned DAILY!! Bathroom essentials were not supplied (shower caps, vanity kit, washing soap etc) they claimed they had run out of stock. A very indifferent reception team. The food was good, dining staff were exemplary.

Hotel has nice facilities, a bit old but it has it charm. The whole stay was destroyed by the flies all over the food. You could have 20 options to eat but the only safe choice for the food would be a boiled egg. Flies in the milk. Flies all over the pastries. Cutlery for 50 tables is outside for 3h each meal and all of it is probably visited by the Flies 10 times each. I saw tables for guests with 8-10 flies on it. For the hotel seems its not a problem. I pointed out that there is a dead fly in the tzatziki sauce right in front of the chef. He simply to took it off and put it back for people. Cheapness can be also seen in other things. Like using Spotify free with anying comercials every few minutes. It costs like 400 ksh a month. While guests are paying 40k for few nights. This is not the 5star quality...

Our stay at Diamonds Malindi Resort was truly exceptional from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens, stunning pools, and direct access to a gorgeous white sandy beach that creates the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to unwind after a day in the sun. The all-inclusive package was excellent. There was a wide variety of delicious food at every meal, with something different each day, and the drinks were always available and well prepared. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel valued throughout our holiday. The resort offers the perfect balance of relaxation and activities, whether you want to lounge by the pool, enjoy the beach, take part in entertainment, or explore the beautiful surroundings of Malindi. Overall, Diamonds Malindi exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive beach holiday with excellent service, great food, beautiful surroundings, and a friendly atmosphere, this resort is an easy recommendation. My highlight of my stay was the outdoor dinner setting on Saturday night.The band, ambiance ,energy and the dance with staff was amazing.The Spacious room with the outdoor garden is beautiful too.I encountered Lovely and helpful staff especially Glory at the reception,John at the pool bar and Shabesh at the other bar.I would definitely be back! My friends and I enjoyed our birthday surprises too😊
