We are here staying in the Hotel at €132 a night… 4 star Hotel…The room has been refurbished room! Firstly we noticed the Toilet seat in the Bathroom was splattered with dirty brown & white spots, which looked like someone hadn’t cleaned up after themselves! Only to find out with a closer inspection it was debris from the builders & they had not changed the seat. There is one door on the wardrobe which slides across from one side to the other allowing you to hang your clothes one side… 6 hanger between the two of us 🤦🏻‍♀️.. the other side allowed you to put your suitcases! But in doing so you could not slide the door to get to the other side as the suitcases were wider than the shelf. The bed was made up of three layers put together but didn’t belong together, a base which was wider than the mattress & a topper that was not attached to the mattress … my Husband went to get out of bed to use the Bathroom & the topper slid with him pulling me along also! He hit his head on the corner of the side tables which are huge & sharp edges. He had a bad cut above his eye which bled a lot but fortunately didn’t need stitches. I asked to meet with the Manager Angela the following morning to discuss with her the issues we had encountered. She asked me if I would meet the cleaner in my room to discuss the issues. The cleaner said that the marks on the Toilet were from the builders & not dirty stains … & dismissed it! I told her it should have been changed , She also dismissed the Topper on the bed saying it didn’t need to be attached to the mattress!!!!!! We both then went down to speak with Angela… the cleaner spoke to her in Spanish so I didn’t understand what she had said! I asked Angela what had been said & she replied that there is only one mark on the toilet & the Topper is standard on all beds. I was furious as the way she spoke spoke down to me & was dismissive of all my complaints. I have tried to Add photos but it won’t allow me. We left to go out for the day & on our return.. they had changed the toilet seat & took the topper off the bed. What does that tell you! They really couldn’t careless as they have the Monopoly. Fui con mi pareja al circuito senda de los sentidos y fue maravilloso de lo mejor que tenemos en la costa blanca. A parte escogimos el masaje con piedras calientes y fue increíble. La atención de todo el personal fue maravilloso, todos educados sonrientes y muy agradable.

Nice looking hotel. Rooms looked nice but has to change rooms in middle of night because of a bug investigation due to bad room cleaning. Reception way of solving this problems was loads of bug spray and sleep it off. That would have made us very ill, after a lot of explaining we finally got a new room. Please check your food before eating we also found a lot of mold. We informed the workers and got no apologies or even acknowledgement. It’s a nice looking hotel but not ran as one. Please check before booking!

Hemos pasado unos días en **La Laguna Spa & Golf Resort** y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Fuimos mi pareja, unos amigos y yo, y desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy cómodos. Las habitaciones son modernas, amplias y muy confortables. Además, el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones funciona perfectamente, por lo que se descansa muy bien incluso en los días de más calor. Gran parte del tiempo la pasamos en la piscina, que fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de la estancia. Estaba muy limpia, el ambiente era tranquilo y relajado, sin aglomeraciones y con el silencio perfecto para desconectar, algo que hoy en día se agradece muchísimo. La piscina cuenta con un chiringuito donde puedes pedir granizados, cócteles y todo tipo de bebidas, lo que hace muy cómodo pasar allí el día. También comimos dos de los tres días en la cafetería del hotel. Aunque no se trata de una cocina de alta gastronomía, la comida está bastante bien, con una buena relación calidad-precio y es perfecta para comer sin tener que salir del hotel y seguir disfrutando de las instalaciones. Otro aspecto a destacar es la ubicación, ya que en los alrededores hay numerosos comercios, restaurantes y todo tipo de servicios, por lo que resulta muy cómodo si quieres salir a dar un paseo o cenar fuera. El personal fue muy amable durante toda la estancia, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Como aspectos mejorables, diría que las zonas comunes del hotel estaban algo calurosas. Mientras que en las habitaciones el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla, en el resto del hotel la climatización nos pareció insuficiente para los meses de verano. También creemos que la zona del desayuno se queda algo pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes. Aunque no tuvimos que esperar para entrar ni hacer cola, el espacio resulta un poco agobiante cuando hay bastante gente. En la zona del bufé era fácil cruzarse continuamente con otros huéspedes, lo que hacía incómodo moverse con los platos. Aun así, estos detalles no empañaron nuestra estancia. En general, disfrutamos muchísimo de la experiencia y nos fuimos con muy buen sabor de boca. Es un hotel muy recomendable para quienes buscan unos días de descanso en un ambiente tranquilo y agradable. Sin duda, volveremos, es más... ya tenemos la reserva hecha para el año que viene 😉

Cannot say much about this hotel as they appear to be very money grabbing. 12 of us played Canasta on a Thursday morning. 10.30 to 12.30. We all bought at least 2 drinks each. So we would spend around 40€ between us. The hotel put the price of a small bottle of water up from 1€ to 1.50€. We have been told by one of the directors that in future we have to pay 30€ for the table. The lounge/bar area is usually empty with maybe 3 tables being occupied by a single person on their lap top or a couple practising Spanish. This leaves at least 4 empty tables apart from our 3 or 4 that we are using. We have been told that we do not buy enough drinks and some of us even share a bottle of water. None of this is true. We have written to this director who just replies with more made up stories. However it is their loss as we have found another bar that are only too happy to have us After all 40€ spent in 2 hours isn't bad when man tables are occupied for longer with a lower spend. For some unfathomable reason we are not welcome for 2 hours one morning a week. All I can say is it is a very strange way to run a business. Maybe that's how the Spanish do things. Whereas British owned bars have a totally different attitude.

I stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of June 26 for the soul event. It is a very nice hotel and we were B&B with the breakfast offering being very good. It was great that parking was free as many hotels on our travels we were charged. The hotel is let down by the lack of air conditioning in the reception and bar area. You were not able to enjoy a drink in the bar or to meet friends in reception because of the heat. That is my reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.
