One of the worst hotel experiences we have had in Canada. Unfortunately, our stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel was very expensive, but the quality and facilities were far below what we expected. The price shown on the website was different from the price we were charged at the reception, which was very frustrating. We paid approximately $700 for just one night, yet the room had almost no useful amenities. The kitchen cabinets were completely empty and there were no basic cooking supplies available. When we asked the reception for a large frying pan so we could cook, we were told that they did not have one. We have stayed in hotels in Whistler more than 20 times, and most of our experiences have been excellent. Unfortunately, this was by far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. There were not even enough basic supplies, such as tissues. The room did not have an oven, the refrigerator was extremely small and could barely fit anything, and none of the TVs in the room worked properly. For the amount of money we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service and facilities. Honestly, if we had known beforehand what the hotel would be like, we would have preferred to sleep in our car rather than pay $700 for this experience. 👎👎👎😞 We are sharing this review respectfully and honestly based on our personal experience. We hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of the rooms, facilities, and customer service for future guests.👎👎👎 With respect, we are simply sharing our honest experience and opinion.

Beware travelers. I had a very disappointing stay at the Aava Hotel in Whistler and would not recommend it. The rooms are pictured online as looking large and spacious, but in reality they feel cramped and much smaller than represented. The beds were also extremely soft, lumpy, and uncomfortable. My family almost never complains about anything, but after sleeping here he was in bad shape, and my own back was thrown out as well. Pillows are small and towels are scratchy. The most concerning issue was finding silverfish pests in the room. That is not something any guest should have to deal with at a hotel. Unfortunately, the service did not help the situation. The front desk staff were not helpful and mostly seemed to shrug their shoulders rather than offer real assistance. The manager, Merritt, was also not kind or helpful when we raised concerns. For the price and the way the hotel presents itself, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the pests, uncomfortable beds, cramped rooms, and lack of helpful customer service, I would not stay here again.

We had a great stay at Aava Whistler Hotel! The hotel is clean, modern, and in an excellent location close to everything in Whistler while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. One of the best parts of staying here was being right next to the golf driving range. It was incredibly convenient to walk over and hit a bucket of balls whenever we wanted. The mountain views from that area are beautiful, and it adds a fun activity without having to drive anywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. We also appreciated the easy access to Whistler Village, restaurants, and walking trails. The combination of a great hotel, a prime location, and the nearby driving range made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again! ⛳🏔️ Only down side is, you can hear what’s happening in the next room, if any adults conversations start, just turn on your tv 😂

The hotel offers clean rooms and very comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the transparent pricing policy; for example, parking is clearly stated as an extra charge of approximately $26 per day plus tax.The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to Whistler Village. Additionally, the availability of laundry facilities and secure bike storage is a huge plus for travelers.Overall, a very functional and well-located place to stay.

Excellent location! Standard size rooms. Hard to believe there was no complimentary coffee or water at the hotel lobby. Only vending machines for coffee and soda/water and an in-room Nespresso apparatus that made a tiny espresso. The hot tub and heated pool were great. Several cafe, bakery, coffee shops within a five minute walk. Would stay here again! Staff was friendly.

This stay elevated our vacation! This hotel is located right near the Whistler Village, walkable distance to many destinations. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Parking is charged per night and is in the basement of the hotel. They have a pool, hot tub and sauna.
