I can't fault this place at all. Absolutely lovely bungalows, yes, not the most luxurious but for the 300 odd quid, absolutely top notch. We would absolutely stay here again. Only a few minutes away from the airport, extremely close to the shops, bars and restaurants. Staff are all friendly and professional. Rooms were air-conditioned, only the bedroom not the living room but we just left the door open and the bungalow got very cold, very fast. €6 to hire the air-conditioning remote, which is returned upon returning the control. Overall, an absolutely amazing place that's close to everything. The only bad thing I guess is pretty much the same with every place. The pool. There are signs up saying that you are not allowed to reserve sunbeds but every single time people will leave their towels on them and bugger off. They really need to enforce this policy as does every hotel. Apart from that, perfect

I’ve been here for 2 weeks with my children aged 1, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 11, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. The negatives: • Sunbed wars – there are only around 81 sunbeds and, despite the no-reservation policy, we regularly saw sunbeds being reserved. • The kids’ club was closed during our stay, with no alternative activities provided for the children. • The mini golf was in poor condition and wasn’t usable. • Very little evening entertainment apart from bingo. • The arcade games weren’t working properly. We lost money in some of the machines and were told by the hotel that there was nothing they could do because the machines weren’t theirs. • The accommodation is advertised for families, but the sofa bed was extremely thin and uncomfortable. The mattresses provided to us were stained and the covers were ripped. • Our fridge didn’t close properly and the freezer door was missing. • Our extractor fan didn’t work. • The air conditioning in our apartment was very dirty and didn’t ventilate/cool the whole apartment properly. • We found cockroaches in our room and also had a lot of ants. • We found the key-card system awkward and complicated. We were also concerned about access around the complex, as some gates could be opened without a key card and some apartments are directly beside roads and parked cars. • Breakfast was expensive compared with the cafes in town. • There was a constant sewage-type smell around the swimming pool area. • The swimming pool is one depth of approximately 1.35m, which wasn’t suitable for my younger children. • Unfortunately, we found some staff unhelpful when we raised our concerns. On several occasions our questions weren’t properly addressed and we were told that the manager was unavailable. One positive: the children’s park is basic but was clean. Overall, after spending two weeks here, I wouldn’t choose to stay again. There are some lovely beaches and the local area has some great restaurants, but in my opinion the hotel needs a lot of TLC.

Would recommend this to anyone who wants a reasonably priced holiday in a prime location. Nice, spacious rooms/ bungalows and first class service from the staff. Loved it and will be back shortly

Big family of 8 put us in 3 apartments next to each other.. couldn’t of asked for a better location, the reception staff were welcoming, the cleaner was like family to us she was absolutely amazing!! The apartment was clean and tidy, cleaner made sure of that.. location is perfect we honestly couldn’t say a bad word 10/10 experience thank you for having us and making us feel welcome… bar staff also made us all laugh what an amazing team of people!! ❤️

Customer service is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately this hotel completely failed in that regard. A smile, basic courtesy, and willingness to help would have made a huge difference. We stayed 5 days with no WiFi and a reception wasn’t helpful at all. Also would be nice to have a dishwashing liquid and sponge on the kitchen counter. I would not recommend this hotel based on the service alone.

Great hotel situated in great position of the resort. Staff are very friendly and very affordable too. Rooms are great really liked it being apartments all ground level and the bar and pool area was like a suntrap and very well taken care off my only negative is the sunbed situation, if your not there to get one at 10am chances are you won't get one untill late afternoon as the number available is limited. Would I go back 🤔 deffinatly would do.
