We ate at the Xyjamaica Restaurant and it was nothing short of amazing. Our server Jerome was the best and I cant say enough good thongs about him!! He was so attentive and thoughtful (sung and brought cake for our baby boy's birthday). He kept our glasses full and made sure we had everything we needed and more. By far some of the best service we received while at the resort!! 10/10

Jerome was an amazing server! Although we experienced a few issues when we first arrived at the hotel, having Jerome as our server at Jamaica Cuisine completely changed the experience. He was attentive, caring, accommodating, and went above and beyond for our party of 12. His exceptional service made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Jerome is truly a standout, and he is the reason I will return to Grand Palladium Jamaica. Thank you, Jerome, for making our experience so memorable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve had a fantastic stay at the Grand Palladium Jamaica. The hotel itself is beautiful, well‑maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. What really stands out is the staff — everyone we’ve met has been incredibly friendly and genuinely goes out of their way to make your holiday special. Today we enjoyed a lovely buffet lunch at the Blue Lagoon. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and fresh options. Service was equally impressive — we were looked after by Tashana, who was attentive, welcoming, and made the meal feel extra enjoyable. Overall, the combination of great facilities, excellent food, and outstanding service makes this resort a place I’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Jamaica.

Our stay at Grand Palladium exceeded our expectations! The resort is beautiful, with beautiful ocean views, well-kept grounds, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. We’re looking forward to the updates/upgrades being brought by TRS. What really made our trip special was the exceptional staff. Lorraine and Shanoy were amazing along with Kevon and Vinton. Those guys and young lady really know how to make exceptional drinks and entertain their patrons. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make sure we had a great experience. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of restaurants and plenty of options for every taste. The drinks were great, and the entertainment team kept the resort lively with fun activities and nightly shows. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Xaymaica Restaurant at Grand Palladium Jamaica! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was delicious with great authentic Jamaican flavors. It was the perfect place to celebrate during our birthday trip. A huge shoutout to our server, Keneil, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality truly made our evening even more enjoyable. The only small areas for improvement would be that the restaurant was a bit warm inside, and the fruit cake wasn’t quite what we expected. We were hoping for a traditional Jamaican fruit cake, but it didn’t have that authentic taste. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we’d definitely recommend Xaymaica to anyone visiting Grand Palladium Jamaica. Thank you again, Keneil, for your outstanding service!

I’m in love with this place! My 1st Restaurant was the El Dorado and my server was the one and only Malcom. My goodness the guy is exceptional at what he does! I was thoroughly looked after and walked out of the place having the most memorable experience a restaurant could ever provide! Thanks Champ Malcom. I will be returning in the future!
