Villa Florida

When arrived here got put in the first villa and enter and exit door with was horrendously loud when gate closed u couldn't not sleep and even if u did get a little sleep u would be woken up wirh people coming and going we reported this matter and we got moved 5 days into that so tierd and glad to be away from that loud villa. We arrived at the new villa and thought yeah ok nice little did we know there is a hostel for homeless and migrants facing us witch was loud arguing smashing up stuff fighting alot of scary situations to watch police attended all incidents to this place known as the old caleta gardens anyway as the holiday went on then the villa started going wrong the TV was broken it had to be replaced we then dropped a band under couch my partner then reached to back of couch to retrieve it only to find a dead mouse under the couch is if that wasn't bad enough then we went through a power cut that last from 2pm - 8pm witch was so hard and no help from staff or even update on what to do me and my partner had no charge in phone for emergencies we had to buy torches and candles just to see we had just done a shop due to self catering and all our fridge stuff and freezer had started smelling out the fridge as it was 30° outside with no Aircon available with power cut we had to through 100 euros worth of food into a big bin the the fridge started leaking it wasn't the best stay It was horrendous most of it bur we made most of it away from the villa as much as we could we paid alot and didn't get a good stay witch was disappointed moment for us Ud get the od bite of mosquitos outdoor but as soon as u jump into bed ur getting bit by bed bugs. Lifeguard is rude and nasty and one other membr of staff is very horrible rude nasty and aposes dirty looks continously and locks gate behind me all the time so I cant get in my side of villa she's rude she I a medium build lady wirh glasses cream trousers and walks about not nice cleaners only nice people and lady and man at reception it's bad we paid a month here its horrendously bad ive stayed here 6 times before and I will not be back espesh with this one rude lady think she a clean manager or something she always has white top cream trousers short grey brown hair and glasses build too but I won't come back don't know what u have done villa florida bur poor show shouldn't be on a package deals doant live up to any expectations apart from location

Normally use a 4 star hotel, but as this was a short break decided to give it a go. The apartment was perfect, with lots of sun on the very roomy balcony and sunbeds provided. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. The location was perfect. 10 minutes by local bus from the Airport. Short walk to a lovely sandy beach and harbour. Lots of entertainment and facilities close by. No entertainment on site which was perfect for us, as we dont use it when it is provided. Pool bar is open every day apart from Saturday. Not needed in the evenings as theres plenty of entertainment on the doorstep. Pool was large and heated, had no problems getting a sun bed, but it was low season and I imagine in high season there would be problems. Will definitely be back.

A wonderful stay at Villa Florida! If you're looking at the 3-star rating, don't let it discourage you. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and the air conditioning works perfectly. The hotel itself is very quiet and relaxing. Location-wise, it’s ideal—just a brief walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and shops, and only a 20-minute stroll to the beach. 5 stars from me!

Me he alojado ahí del 8 al 12 de junio, en el apto.153 y me ha gustado mucho las instalaciones, personal muy amable, lo único que no me ha gustado mucho es que al lado de mi apto, todas las mañanas a las 07,45 me despertaban, ya que el personal de servicio apilaban varios carros de trabajo del servicio de limpieza, creo que eso lo deberían corregir,pudiendo trasladarlo a otro sitio donde no molestar a sus clientes, por todo lo demás hemos estado muy agosto.. gracias

Super friendly staff, amazing experience! Ants in the kitchen and bathroom, was quickly fixed with bug spray provided by hotel. Spacious apartments but be sure to let them know if you have mobility issues as some apartments are not accessible (up many stairs). Clean area, lovely pool and plenty of seats with umbrellas set up for when the sun is too hot. Fab location, plenty of little shops, restaurants (indian restaurant about 10 steps outside the hotel doors to the left) and pubs nearby. The hotel has a gorgeous cat that you'll see wandering around outside, absolutely adorable! Cannot recommend this spot enough! Excellent experience and I plan on bringing my baby back next summer!

This site was and is the answer to my prayers. I am disabled in that I need the use of a wheelchair to get around. My wife and I had an apartment that was geared for all my needs. I would recommend this to anyone in the same situation. The staff were excellent. Alright it didn't have room service,a bar etc but there was an abundance of supermarkets,restaurants and easy wheelchair access within a very short distance. It gets my vote
