Ottimo servizio da parte del matre Carlos nel ristorante, simpatico e molto professionale. Camere pulite e ottima posizione di fronte alla bella spiaggia di Santa Ponsa. Un po' meno positiva la valutazione in merito al personale della reception. Ritengo che dovrebbero ispirarsi maggiormente ai loro colleghi italiani, che conoscono in genere almeno due lingue straniere (la lingua madre non viene considerata). Non devo essere io, ospite, a dover far uso delle mie conoscenze di inglese, ma il personale a essere competente nell'uso delle lingue straniere.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l’Agis Casa Del Mar. L’hôtel est globalement de bonne qualité et offre de belles prestations. Les deux piscines sont un véritable point fort : elles sont grandes, propres et très agréables. La piscine réservée aux adultes, située sur le rooftop, est absolument splendide et offre un cadre très reposant. Celle située au rez-de-chaussée, à côté de la réception, est accessible aux enfants et convient parfaitement aux familles. L’hôtel dispose également de plusieurs bars, ce qui est appréciable. Le restaurant mérite une mention particulière : les buffets du petit-déjeuner comme du dîner sont très variés, les plats sont soignés et préparés avec goût. Nous n’avons pas ressenti de répétition au fil des repas, ce qui est assez rare pour un buffet d’hôtel. En revanche, quelques points sont à améliorer. Dans notre cas, les femmes de chambre ne sont pas passées tous les jours, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. La pression de l’eau dans la douche était également extrêmement faible, au point qu’il était très difficile de se laver les cheveux. Nous occupions une chambre au premier étage qui n’était malheureusement pas bien insonorisée. Nous entendions les clients rentrer tard le soir et les allées et venues dès le matin, ce qui pouvait perturber le sommeil. Enfin, la salle de sport est assez rudimentaire. Elle permet tout de même de réaliser une séance efficace grâce aux équipements essentiels, mais environ 30 % des machines étaient hors service et ne s’allumaient pas, ce qui limite les possibilités. Autre point à noter : l’eau est systématiquement payante. Si vous souhaitez de l’eau filtrée, y compris pendant les repas, elle est facturée, ce qui est un peu dommage dans un établissement de ce standing. Malgré ces quelques défauts, nous avons passé un bon séjour et recommandons cet hôtel, notamment pour la qualité de ses installations et de sa restauration.

This is a lovely hotel ideal for families and couples. Food excellent and loads of choice. The only small downside if you are half board is you have to pay for all drinks including water at the table. There is no free water at any time. You can buy one of their green water bottles for 6 euros which allows you to fill up from a filtered water tap with still or sparkling water throughout you’re stay; you can’t use you’re own bottle. The location is opposite the beach. Very clean hotel with nice staff. Would stay here again

Had a great stay at H10 with family. Service was first class, friendly and professional in all areas, from front desk to restaurant (Carlos and Beatrice were great) to cleaning and maintenance (Pedro) and the bar staff. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars was gym was a bit disappointing and breakfast fruit juice and coffee weren't so good. Small points though and evening meals were good, particularly the salads, and would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with a stunning rooftop bar and infinity pool. But. There is no security and people pile in from other hotels and spoil it. It’s absolutely ridiculous. 2 lovely ladies had paid €100 euros for day passes and couldn’t even get a sunbed for that. Also they heard people bragging they’d just come in from other hotels. They weren’t impressed - understandably. We heard many people bragging about the fact they had come in from other hotels and I’ve just seen it written on a review for another hotel people telling others to go there. I think that’s disgraceful. I wouldn’t recommend booking a triple room unless you want to be climbing over each other there’s no room for suitcases to be opened or stored. There was a very strange issue with water availability here. There is a system where you can buy a green bottle from the hotel and refill it for free but the machine was never working then they didn’t have any bottles available to buy. You can’t buy water from the bar on the top level which is strange and not ideal when it’s been so hot. The breakfast is lovely and there is a good selection. Always plentiful and fresh. We enjoyed it. We felt the cleaning of the rooms wasn’t really up to standard floor wasn’t swept or cleaned I think all week. Hairs were still on the floor. Beds were made but used cups and glasses left on the side not cleared. Was a bit of a shame. The rooms are lovely though. Beds are comfortable. There is a fridge too which was great to have. The staff are wonderful though. Always kind, friendly, polite and professional. I genuinely think they’ll need some more support in the summer months and security is needed here or this beautiful hotel will be utterly ruined from others just coming in, large groups of youngsters which were causing trouble in the pool and will be a real shame. They need support. There should be a system to gain access to the pools up and down but especially up that you have to be a guest in the hotel.

Great hotel there is just little things they could do better like the music around the pool isn’t loud enough so everybody can hear it and when the hotel is at a busy capacity they restrict ur sunbed if u are gone for more then 45 mins they take ur sunbed off you which is fair enough but the hotel dosent have enough sunbeds for the amount of guests around the pool there is plenty of space to add more sun beds . Also room is advertised with AC it’s not AC it’s like a fan there’s nothing cold about it Breakfast isn’t that great either but great location . The sunbeds on the roof are €40 a day 😂. Bar staff near the pool are very miserable and take forever to serve you but the people on reception are always polite n helpful. There was a couple who was speaking to me that have been going to that hotel for a few years and they’ve said everytime they come back it’s like each year they are caring less and less that was there last time going to that place
