Our Habitas Hotel is a place with breathtaking views. We spent three amazing days here celebrating my wife's birthday. It's a place with a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is very helpful, kind, and always smiling. Every request was met very quickly. The villas are beautiful and comfortable, spread out over a large plot of land. Guests have access to e-bikes, as well as electric golf carts with drivers. The food and drinks in Tama restaurant were delicious. The service was also excellent. Special thanks to the wonderful manager, Nourldin Mohamed, who organized an incredible birthday dinner under the stars in a beautiful setting with a private chef. This experience is worth paying for. An unforgettable dinner! Everything was truly wonderful. We thank everyone very much, and we will definitely come back!

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the remarkable experience we had during our recent visit to Al Ula Habitas with our group last June 18, 2026. The atmosphere was absolutely enchanting, and we were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service we received during our lunch. A special thank you goes to AMER and REZA, the partners at Always in Tama Restaurant, who have always assisted us with our group during High season until now, with their outstanding hospitality. Their attentiveness and warm demeanor truly elevated our dining experience. We would also like to recognize Shila, Majda for their exceptional service. Additionally, we wish to acknowledge the incredible kitchen staff, Chefs DIBUJIT, RHEA, and AJOE. The culinary creations they prepared were not only delectable but also beautifully presented, showcasing their immense talent and dedication. My stay at Our Habitas AlUla was nothing short of extraordinary. From the breathtaking surroundings to the impeccable hospitality, every moment felt magical and thoughtfully curated. A very special thank you to Bader Al Azni and Khadijha Al Faqiri, whose warmth, genuine kindness, and unwavering willingness to help made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction elevated our experience beyond expectations. Equally deserving of recognition is Riza and the incredible team at Tama Restaurant. They delivered an unforgettable dining experience, combining exceptional service with outstanding cuisine and creating memories that we will cherish for a long time. Every aspect of our stay reflected excellence, passion, and authentic hospitality. Without a doubt, this was one of the most wonderful and memorable stays we have ever experienced. A special mention to the lady at reception wearing niqab (I didn’t catch her name) but she made a lasting impression. Warm, genuinely hospitable, and full of enthusiasm in a way that felt completely natural. Rarely do you come across someone in hospitality who makes you feel that welcomed. She’s a real asset to this hotel.

Séjour de 2 nuits à Our Habitas AlUla dans un site absolument exceptionnel. Le cadre est unique, spectaculaire, et l’intégration de l’hôtel dans le paysage est une vraie réussite. Il n’y a aucun doute : l’endroit est magique. Nous avons logé dans les caravanes, qui sont vraiment très sympas et offrent une expérience originale et dépaysante. Le concept est réussi et l’environnement est incroyable. Malheureusement, le niveau de propreté n’était pas à la hauteur du positionnement tarifaire : dans la caravane occupée par les enfants, l’évier de la kitchenette était sale avec des déchets de légumes encore présents. À ce niveau de prix, ce type de détail ne devrait tout simplement pas arriver. Le petit déjeuner côté caravane est assez limité en choix, et la flexibilité pour adapter ou modifier les plats est quasiment inexistante. Là encore, on s’attend à davantage de souplesse dans un établissement de cette catégorie. La plus grosse déception reste le restaurant côté piscine. Les prix sont cohérents avec le standing affiché par l’hôtel, mais la qualité du service (et non la gentillesse du personnel, qui est réelle) n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons demandé à retirer certains ingrédients pour cause d’allergie : demande oubliée le premier jour, puis appliquée à toute la table le second… Ce manque de rigueur est difficilement compréhensible. Enfin, un point particulièrement préoccupant : nous avons assisté à une chute en vélo électrique devant la piscine. La personne blessée présentait des plaies visibles, mais personne ne semblait formé aux premiers gestes de secours. Aucune trousse de premiers soins n’était immédiatement disponible. Lorsqu’un membre du personnel est finalement intervenu, le produit proposé pour nettoyer les plaies n’était absolument pas adapté et aurait même pu aggraver la situation. Dans un établissement de ce standing, ce type de situation pose de vraies questions en matière de sécurité et de préparation aux urgences. Le personnel est très gentil et bienveillant, et le site est tout simplement extraordinaire. Mais au vu des tarifs pratiqués, on est en droit d’attendre des standards de service nettement plus élevés, plus rigoureux et plus professionnels. Pour comparaison, nous avons séjourné les deux nuits précédentes à Dar Tantora The House Hotel et les standards de service y sont clairement supérieurs. En résumé : un lieu d’exception et une expérience unique sur le plan du cadre, mais un service qui ne correspond pas encore au niveau d’exigence que l’on peut légitimement attendre à ce niveau de prix.

We arrived at Habitas after stays at two Ritz-Carlton properties (Jeddah and Al Wadi Desert) and the Taj Dubai. Needless to say, our expectations for both the facilities and service were incredibly high. Service & Reception The front desk team left much to be desired. We were left waiting for nearly 15 minutes to be assisted, despite the fact that they weren't even busy with other guests. Similarly, the staff at the pool bar kept us waiting over 20 minutes for a golf cart. The Facilities The facilities themselves are impeccable. The rooms are thoughtfully designed—quiet, intimate, and serene. Also gym, Spa Center, Coffee, pool and Restaurant. However, the wooden flooring in the bathroom might need a rethink; under the intense sun, it tends to emit a lingering odor of urine. Transportation & Amenities Our room initially came with two electric bicycles, but one was removed the following day—likely reassigned to another room—which we found surprising, though manageable. The remaining bike had a broken rear pedal, making it difficult for a passenger to hitch a ride, and the brakes were heavily worn, making them both inefficient and noisy. On a brighter note, the golf cart drivers, restaurant staff, and housekeeping teams were wonderful—consistently helpful, cheerful, and hospitable. Final Verdict Overall, the experience is incredible. However, considering the price point, the service should be flawless—and ideally, superior to the Ritz and the Taj.
