I love this hotel- I've stayed here 4 times now, but if I'm honest - nothing changes. It's a great location with good transport links. Rooms are clean, tidy & all you'd need for a vacation but the staff are tired and mostly miserable. I met two staff members that smiled in the 7 days I was there - Betty on overnight reception and one of the kitchen staff on the breakfast buffet. Everyone else seemed tired, depressed and broken. We asked about extending our stay by 2 days and were told to come back the next day for 4 days in a row - in the end, we gave up and we just went to another hotel. Even the manager, sat in her office at the back looked really unapproachable and totally disinterested staring blankly at a spreadsheet on her screen. The food at breakfast was nice but we couldn't ever get a table at the empty restaurant in the evening for some reason (again, like the staff didn't want to work?). Such a shame because I loved this place but it's not as great as it used to be. And I mention this every time but for an adult only hotel - the pool closes way before sunset and the poolside bar closes even earlier. It's nice to escape the kids, but with everything closing so early - we have to leave the hotel anyway! Lol. Visited July 2026 (4th visit).

Das Hotel hat definitiv seine schönen Seiten aber leider auch einige Negative Aspekte aus meiner Sicht. Positiv -Sehr freundliches Personal -Standort mit Nähe zum Strand und zum Flughafen sowie zur Bushaltestelle -Große Auswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen sowie bei den Getränken -Zimmer ausreichend Groß und gut ausgestattet Negativ -Betten waren für mein empfinden zu hart -Die Zimmer wurden nicht immer perfekt durch den Zimmerservice gereinigt -Sehr hellhörige Wände wo es auch mal lauter werden kann. Vorallem beim Live Abendprogramm! -Die Duschen bleiben nicht bei einer konstanten Temperatur. Es wechselt teilweise zwischen sehr heiß und kalt. Sollte ich nochmal in der Umgebung ein Hotel suchen würde es in die engere Auswahl kommen allerdings habe ich auch schon bessere Hotels gehabt.

We arrived back home on Sunday 19th July after a relaxing 7 day break at JS Palma stay. Our 3rd visit is 12 months. We love this hotel. The location is perfect, we landed at 12.05 Monday morning and were in our room by 12.42 after having food and drink in the restaurant that had been left for us to enjoy. The food is always good and there is always so much choice. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Despite what other reviewers are saying, we certainly weren't met by any staff with miserable faces but there were certainly a lot of grumpy guest's who didnt say please or thank you and who didn't know or have the manners to wait patiently for their food to be freshly cooked and prepared for them. On the friday night the surrounding area started to have power outages and unfortunately the whole area was effected from 10am on the Saturday morning. A few of the hotels were effected more than others and JS Palma was one of them. I can only commend the staff and how they handled the abusive guest's. I saw several grown men literally shouting and threatening the reception team and manageress, shocking and disgusting behaviour. The reception team worked non stop making calls to other hotels in the chain and others around the island to try and move guests but it is peak season and many of the hotels were already full. Coupled with the fact that the Internet was also down it was not an easy task. If you are looking for a hotel for a relaxing holiday, with good transport links to Palma and surrounding area, give this hotel a consideration.

This was our 3rd time at this hotel. Very clean, the food is very good, beds are comfortable, the staff are super friendly and helpful. We were there during the power cut. I believe it affected most of the island. The manager and her staff were amazing, and did whatever they could to help, but given that their was no power or water supply, they were obviously limited as to what they could do. I have to say that I was shocked hearing some of the guests being very rude and in some cases very threatening and confrontational to the staff. It wasn't the staff's fault for the power cut. Im not sure what those people, who were complaining, expected during a power cut? We will definitely be returning to this hotel and highly recommend it for its cleanliness, friendly staff, 7 mins taxi from the airport, close to bus routes, the beach and many bars and restaurants. Yes, you can hear the planes taking off but you really dont notice them after a while. Thank you to the manager and all the staff for working so hard during g a very difficult time. See you soon

La verdad es que sólo tengo cosas buenas que decir de este hotel, tanto del servicio como de la ubicación. Pero voy a empezar por los pequeños detalles que me han hecho ponerle menos puntuación, que sobre todo se enfoca en las habitaciones, al menos en la que nos tocó a nosotras. No sé si era normal, tampoco nos quejamos a recepción ni nada, pero estaba todo llenísimo de hormigas, tanto el baño como la habitación y balcón. Cada vez que íbamos a coger unos zapatos, zapatillas para ponernos, cualquier cosa que tuviéramos en la mesita escritorio o en la estantería del baño, teníamos que andar quitando hormigas de todos lados. El primer día que llegamos, nos dimos una ducha y el plato de ducha se inundó en la primera. Tampoco quisimos quejarnos por no parecer clientas impertinentes, pero abrimos el sumidero y tenía un atranque de pelos importante (algo que solucionamos nosotras directamente). Y ya por último, algo a lo que sí dimos aviso en recepción porque ya nos parecía "el colmo", es que la neverita minibar no enfriaba absolutamente nada. Metimos al llegar agua para tenerla fresquita por la noche y nos la encontramos caliente. El segundo dia en recepción nos dijeron que es que eso no era una neverita, sino un simple minibar... Nos sorprendió un poco, pero ese mismo día parece ser que alguien había pasado por allí y sí, ya lo teníamos todo fresquito. Así que pudimos mantener nuestras bebidas frías. Por lo demás, del servicio sólo puedo hablar maravillas. La verdad que se prestaban a todo lo que necesitásemos. Que por cierto, un saludo a esa chica de los tatuajes y los ojos claros, que no recuerdo cómo se llama porque soy malísima para los nombres, pero la que tiene un gato sphynx tatuado en la garganta... Esa muchacha era lo más!! En cuanto a ubicación, para el tema de excursiones y tal, por supuesto, hay que contratarlas o alquilar un coche, porque cada lugar bonito para visitar se encuentra en una punta diferente de la isla, pero el hotel está prácticamente a pie de playa, muy cerquita de El Arenal y con un paseo marítimo por recorrer bastante ambientado con restaurantes y diferentes pubs. Ah, y un detalle importante... Levántate temprano si quieres pillar una hamaca en la piscina, porque a las 8 de la mañana ya las tienen casi todas cogidas!! 😂😂😂

Nous avons réservé dans cet hôtel pour une semaine entre amies. Dès l'arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillies. Une des hôtesses d'accueil parle couramment français. L'hôtel est très propre et moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuces et nettoyées tous les jours. Le quartier et l'hôtel sont très calme et la plupart des clients de l'hôtel sont âgés, nous étions très peu dans la vingtaine. Le spa et la salle de sport inclus étaient une agréable surprise. La plage est à moins de 2 minutes à pied mais si vous continuez plus loin, vous tomberez sur une belle plage de sable blanc avec des transats. Il y a également de très bons restaurants tout le long. L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport mais nous n'entendons absolument pas les avions à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. En conclusion, un très agréable séjour. Je recommande fortement.
