Return visit for my husband and myself, we were excited to see the hotel post refurbishment and it didn't disappoint. The hotel from the minute you walk in is really well maintained. All the staff wether it's in the reception, bar, restaurant or cleaning were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for 2 of us, lovely big walk in shower, comfy bed and stunning views over Levante beach and beyond. The restaurant is large and well laid out and what a selection of food on offer. We were staying half board so visited for breakfast and evening meal. Fresh fruit, juices, cold meats, cheeses, cooked breakfast items as well as an array of pastries. Freshly cooked fish and meat every evening with lots of other dishes to tempt even the fussiest of appetites. We were never disappointed. There was evening entertainment at the poolside, it wasn't that well attended but I didn't see them advertising what was on anywhere so maybe have something at reception saying what events were on and when. The only thing that was a bit annoying were the lifts. There are 4 at reception and only 3 were ever working and on a few occasions only 2. There are 19 floors so they are essential for the vast majority of residents. The new tower has 3 lifts and again the majority of the time only 1 lift was working. That aside we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

Our first stay at Port Benidorm and we have been coming to Benidorm for over 20 years. Looking forward to going back next year. The hotel was fantastic, short walk to the beach. The food was great, with a lot to choice to suit everyone. Our room was a deluxe room and it was fabulous, lots of space and comfortable, air conditioning and safe, and great view over the pool area. The staff were lovely

The hotel is spotlessly clean, pool has ample sunbeds to chose from and the pool area now has two pool bars now which serve hot and cold drinks. Staff in all departments are so friendly and always willing to help. Rooms are an adequate size, have stayed on the 3rd floor and 16th both with sea views. Dining room and food has always been 5star and plenty of choice. Entertainment is always on every night with kids disco and bingo going on throughout the day, also pool aerobics, entertainment staff really go above and beyond. Hotel is a very short walk to the beach and shops and bars too. Would definitely recommend this hotel, the terrace on the top of the building is amazing and has panoramic views, they serve food and drinks up there but gets very busy so would need to book in advance. I would definitely give this hotel 5 stars.

El hotel está genial, es la 2ª vez que venimos. La localización es genial aunque si quieres estar más cerca del centro urbano está lejos, pero estás al lado de la playa. Las piscinas están muy bien y mucho hueco con tumbonas. Las actividades es verdad que todos los dias eran las mismas y hasta la playlist de la musica es la misma CADA DIA pero al menos es buena y no molesta mucho. El personal del hotel es encantador, desde recepción, restaurante y hasta l@s limpiador@s son amables y atentos. Se nota bastante la nueva remodelación y para mejor y su restaurante es el mejor que hemos probado sin duda.

The hotel is lovely, clean and spacious and first impressions were great. The first night the food was lovely although not as hot as it should be. But after the initial evening the dining room was like a bun fight, even running out of food for a short time. Breakfast isn't worth going for, you can't get near. Methinks they cram people in and it's not fair when you're paying a lot of money for your holiday to have to fight to get a bacon sarnie!! The rooms are nice and clean but one bug bear is the bathroom. It's like a glass partition in the bedroom. I'm in a fairly new relationship so as you can imagine privacy is of the utmost importance in the bathroom. There are gaps between the glass and a see through bit at the bottom (excuse the pun). Quite embarrassing. Especially as our stomachs don't always behave on holiday! The sea view we were promised is a gap between the other buildings. Not quite what we were expecting really. Nice view sitting on the balcony but definitely not a "sea view" per se. Probably won't return, although the first night we were here we were adamant we would be rebooking before we left.

We are currently staying at Port Benidorm and overall have had a pleasant stay. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. Our room is spacious, comfortable and cleaned to a good standard. The bar staff have been particularly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, providing excellent service and helping to create a relaxed atmosphere. The location is also excellent, being just a short walk from the beach and local amenities. However, there are two areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, we requested to swap our half-board evening meal for lunch, as we preferred to be out in the evenings, but this was not permitted. We were not asking for any additional meals, simply to change the time of the included meal, so this was disappointing. Secondly, the lift system is frustrating. The hotel is not currently at full capacity, yet waiting times can still be excessive, with lifts frequently passing floors without stopping. I would imagine this becomes a much bigger issue during peak periods when the hotel is fully occupied. Overall, the hotel has many positives, particularly the staff, cleanliness and modern facilities. With some improvements to flexibility around dining and the lift operation, it would be an even better experience.
