We just had dinner at Banyu at Sandals Dunn's River and had a fantastic meal! Our waitress, Christina, was so friendly and attentive - she asked our names as soon as we got there and remembered them, making it so nice and personalized!! I have celiac disease and am strictly gluten free. The manager, King, chef, Mahesh, and Christina all met with me and double and triple checked to be sure my food was safe for me to eat! Everyone was amazing and so was the food, I felt so comfortable eating there and it was much appreciated.

Wow where do I start… Stayed at Sandals Dunns River for 2 weeks recently and had the best time! Special mentions to King the manager at Banyu for his amazing personal service! The manager at the Italian for his amazing service! Fabian and Andre at the pool bar for their friendly and amazing service and cocktails of course! The bearded lady who made the entertainment more fun! Tyrell the barman at the lobby bar for his amazing service! Special mentions too for our amazing butlers Shaw and Martin for their incredible service and efficiency! Overall we had the best time and the staff and service we received during our stay made our trip very memorable! Keep up the great work 😊😊😊

My husband and I had a great time at this resort. The resort was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. One particular person who stood out to us is the bartender at the bar right in front of the restaurants Banyu and Cascata. Her name is Kathy Chambers and she was so friendly and she interacted with my husband and I like we were old friends. Loved her personality. Sandals Dunn River has some of the nicest staff. I hope to visit again because I really enjoyed my time at this beautiful resort. Before I go, I must say the coffee at Blum is so good. I’m not even a coffee drinker and I found myself grabbing a cup once a day.

Shanice at the Rum Bar was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. Her drinks were excellent, and she always took the time to make sure we were having a great experience. Shanice’s personality and exceptional service truly stood out and added something special to our stay at Sandals Dunn’s River. She is a wonderful bartender and a great representative of the resort. Be sure to stop by the Rum Bar and ask for Shanice. You will not be disappointed!

We’ve been vacationing at Sandals for over 30 years. This summer was our first visit to Dunns River. It quickly became one of our favorites Sandals locations. We stayed in one of the butlers suits with a beautiful ocean view. All the staff were friendly and great. Our butlers (Eshaan and Dejhanea) were the best we’ve ever had at any of the Sandals. Just amazing. We really enjoyed our visits to the rooftop bar and visiting with the bartender Toni-Ann. And don’t miss visiting the Rum Club for their bar snacks and rum drinks.

We went for our 29th anniversary and this was probably our favorite Sandals property. The property is beautiful but the people are prettier souls. The service is exceptional The food is excellent. Hennessy on the activities team I believe was wonderful and bubbly. I would only say we never had a good expresso martini. And the rooftop needs to be profiled more. It's the best location on the property, the view is amazing. Shout-out to Michael at the pool service.
