We absolutely LOVED our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed—everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The customer service truly stood out and made our experience extra special. One of the highlights was the massage spa. Not only was it very reasonably priced, but the service was top-notch—so relaxing and professional. Highly recommend it if you’re looking to unwind during your stay. Breakfast was amazing each morning—great variety, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. The front desk staff were always helpful and kind, ready to assist with anything we needed. The pool area was also a big plus clean, peaceful, and perfect for lounging. The only issues we encountered were in the room. The bathroom shower design needs improvement; there was a large gap in the glass that caused water to spill out onto the floor every time we used it. Also, the balcony door had a noticeable gap, which let a few bugs in. Overall, though, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return! Just a few small fixes and this place would be perfect.

Lovely stay, next door to a supermarket and atms. Tuk tuks outside waiting to take you anywhere. Quiet location and the hotel spa is a few doors up. The food was fantastic here too. Highly recommend

A nice property, rooms are good, service impeccable, location is convenient. Could have included the breakfast in room tariff, but they don’t charge for drinking water that’s a plus point. The restaurant has sumptuous breakfast spread in the morning. The restaurant is not exactly open for lunch or dinner, but the kitchen is, you get a la carte food either at pool side or at the lobby restaurant.

Well located hotel. The breakfast offered is good.The staff are very courteous and helpful. We had issues with availability of hot water in the bathroom. There was no hot water for a bath and when we brought it up with the hotel staff we were told that there was some maintenance work. It is not right to do maintenance when there are guests in the hotel. Was very disappointed as the issue was not resolved even after complaining.

I live in rural Battambang, but I come to Siem Reap every few months. I like to stay at the Memoire for all.of the usual reasons — clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great pool, etc. — but also because it is very close to Angkor Market. So close that, in return for a small tip, the security guy will run the shopping cart right over. Easy peasy!

Very friendly staff. Nice discounts on restaurant and spa. Room spacious. Negatives: - Hallways hot - Room AC thermostat not working, so we had to manually turn ac on and off personally to keep at an average temperature - Several times shower was barely warm
