We stayed for one night. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. My parents were assigned a room in the older section of the hotel, which had an unusual and uncomfortable air-conditioning unit. When I checked in, I specifically requested the best available room for my parents, as their flight was delayed by two hours and they were unable to arrive with me. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night. On a positive note, the night concierge, who was also working at the bar, was very welcoming and arranged drinks for us when my parents arrived late. We also enjoyed a good breakfast the following morning.

Wir haben uns im Capi Tent Playa sehr wohlgefühlt. Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort waren, war alles rundum positiv. Der Check-in war sehr freundlich, und wir erhielten ein Gutscheinkärtchen für einen Begrüßungsdrink. Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber, die Mitarbeiter durchweg freundlich und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Besonders schön war unsere Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool. Kleine Gebrauchsspuren im Badezimmer waren erkennbar, (da fragt man sich eher, auf welche dumme Ideen kommen manche Gäste), haben den positiven Gesamteindruck aber nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ganz ausgezeichnet. Wir waren begeistert. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war blitzsauber, das Frühstück beziehungsweise der Brunch ist ganz große Klasse. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist großartig. Die Lage zum Strand ist super. Und wer richtig feiern möchte, hat es bis zu den einschlägigen Locations auch nicht weit. Die Betten waren bequem, wir haben ruhig geschlafen und nichts gehört. Der Balkon ist auch nett. Reisezeit: Anfang April. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach super. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Es ist ein schönes und modernes Hotel mit einem reichhaltigen Frphstücksbuffet das bis Mittahs geht. Hier kann man also entspannt ausschlafen ohne das Frühstück zu verpassen. Es gibt auch 2 Snack und Getränkeautomaten wo man sich relativ preiswert was holen kann. Ebenfalls ist es erlaubt mitgebrachte oder bestellte Speisen um Speiseraum zu verzehren. Der Außenbereich, Innenbereich rund um die Rezeption sowie der Pool sind ganz nett gestaltet. Die Zimmer sehen auch ganz gut aus, lediglich könnte hier öfters mal gründlich geputzt werden. Unsere Toilette wurde bspw im gesammten Urlaub nicht einmal gereinigt. Auch das zwei mal während unseres Urlaubs draußen Leute laut und lange rum geschrien haben wurde seitenndes Hotels nichts gegen unternommen. Ansonsten hatten wir aber einen netten Aufenthalt hier

The day I checked in to Tent Capi Playa, an older gentleman at the front counter seemed happy to help by giving us a rundown of the hotel and told us there was unlimited breakfast. Given that it was early check in, breakfast was still available. When my girlfriend and I were eating, he yelled at us in front of the whole restaurant, saying “you are not allowed, you are not allowed, breakfast is not included!”. The gentleman later apologized for being rude but then told me I had to pay for breakfast, stating that it’s in the terms and conditions. However, he was the one who told me it was unlimited and never mentioned I could not eat on the day I checked in. He tried to charge my girlfriend and I 30 euros to eat, when we only got 1 plate as we went do eat at 1:00 and breakfast ended at 1:30. The gentleman was forcing me to pay, but eventually got his boss, Ana, who was lovely and told us not to worry about it. So this was my first impression of the hotel. The rooms were great to be honest, but the only issue were the beds and sound proofing. The beds drift apart very easily if you are trying to share a bed, hence why I was woken up multiple times by people above, and beside our room shifting the beds back together. The walls and ceilings are like paper, so this may be tough for light sleepers. The brunch was pretty good to be fair, the only issue I’d say would be the lack of variety. Location was also really good. Other than mentioned above the hotel was okay. I probably would have paid a little extra to stay at a different hotel, offering better sound proofing, and a receptionist who doesn’t yell at me in-front of others within my first 2 hours of being at the hotel.

I booked this hotel for four nights and, considering the value for money, I'm very happy with my choice. The hotel's strengths: - Cleanliness: The establishment is spotless, and I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of my room. - Location: Ideally situated near the beach. - Brunch: Available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., it's generous and perfect for fueling up before heading out on an adventure. - Staff availability: Warm and professional. The only downside to my stay was the air conditioning, which broke down after two days. I tried lowering the temperature in my room, but the fan wouldn't turn on, and the temperature kept returning to normal. If you're looking for a good quality hotel at a reasonable price, I recommend it. Thank you again for your hospitality!
