I had an exceptional stay at The Roc Club – Grecotel. The room was extremely beautiful with a truly stunning view — exactly the kind of atmosphere you want when visiting Athens. I want to express my appreciation to the entire team for their professionalism and hospitality. Every interaction was smooth, respectful, and genuinely helpful. A special acknowledgment to Mariam, Evelina, and Horen. Each of them delivered outstanding service — attentive, efficient, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. They elevated the whole experience. Thank you all for making my stay memorable. I will definitely be returning.

Our stay at The Roc Club was simply exceptional. The hotel is located in a paradisiacal location in Vouliagmeni, just a stone's throw away from the Lake and the most beautiful beaches. The panoramic view of the sea and the marina is breathtaking and offers a unique sense of freedom. The minimal aesthetics of the rooms blend perfectly with the natural landscape, creating the ultimate environment for relaxation and tranquility. The staff was incredibly polite and the hospitality was exemplary. We will definitely return!

We spent two nights at The Roc to decompress before the next leg of our trip, and we are so glad we did. It’s a beautiful hotel, stylishly appointed, with bright, spacious rooms. The best part was the staff about whom we can’t speak highly enough. They were professional, courteous, friendly and personally caring. Just wonderful!

I booked a Deluxe Ocean View Room at Grecotel The Roc Club for my anniversary and paid approximately €1,100 per night for a two-night stay. We traveled over 16 hours from Los Angeles expecting a luxury experience consistent with the hotel's marketing, website photographs, and the reputation of the larger Grecotel hotel group. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. Before arrival, the hotel's website advertised complimentary airport transportation. The hotel arranged transportation for us, but we were later charged €55 plus tips. When I questioned the charge, I was told complimentary transportation only applies to certain minimum stays. This condition was never clearly disclosed when the transportation was arranged. Upon arrival, we were not offered water or any meaningful orientation to the property. Instead, we were immediately escorted to the room and offered complimentary drinks. Before accepting the room, I specifically asked if I could see the room and view because the view was one of the primary reasons we selected this hotel for our anniversary. I was told the online photos accurately represented the room and that we had actually been upgraded to a higher room category. However, the room and view did not resemble what was advertised. The hotel's marketing photographs show a clean, unobstructed Riviera water view. The actual balcony overlooked an alley, trash bins, utility poles, a vacant lot with overgrown vegetation, and numerous trees obstructing much of the view. While water could be seen in the distance, it was nothing like the view presented in the promotional images. I have side-by-side photographs documenting the difference between the advertised room and the room we actually received. The room itself was also disappointing. It was significantly smaller than expected, had only one sink, virtually no closet space, a non-functioning bidet, and no proper bathroom ventilation. The shower steam was so excessive that it triggered the room alarm. We also found cleanliness issues including stains on surfaces, cup marks on the counter, and even a stained towel that had been placed in the room. We were also informed during the reservation process that our stay included a complimentary three-course meal. We never received it. In addition, we were told the restaurant would be open upon our arrival, but when we attempted to dine there, it was closed. The property itself felt largely empty during our stay, with very few guests present. For a hotel marketed as a luxury destination, the overall atmosphere felt surprisingly inactive and underwhelming. Because we had just completed a long international flight, we were too exhausted to immediately dispute every issue. However, after spending one night in the room, we decided to check out early the following morning. The experience simply did not justify the price paid. I requested a refund for the unused second night. That request was denied based on a non-refundable policy, despite the numerous concerns we raised regarding the room, view, missing benefits, and overall experience. What is most disappointing is that many of these issues could have been resolved through transparency and good customer service. Instead, we were left feeling that the property we booked was materially different from the property we were sold. I am still hopeful that Grecotel management and corporate guest relations will review the photographs, reservation details, transportation charges, missing advertised benefits, and our early departure, and provide a fair resolution by refunding the unused second night. If management chooses not to address these concerns, I intend to publish a detailed video for my 180k instagram followers so they don't fall into traps like that. I rarely leave negative reviews, especially after staying at hundreds of hotels and resorts worldwide. However, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property at its current price point.

Hi, My wife & myself have recently returned from our stay at the Roc Club Hotel. I just wanted to let it be known that the whole experience was amazing. The bedroom was tremendously spacious & comfortable. The food, breakfast & dinner was first class. The staff upon arrival & throughout our stay, were thoroughly courteous , pleasant , professional & helpful, including Elena & Maria, who we met in the dining room. I booked a last minute stay at The Roc Club and my wife and I were blown away by the hospitality, service, and care we were treated to during our short stay. There are several restaurants close by as well as the beautiful Vouliagmeni Lake just steps away. You also have great views of the bay where you can take nice morning walks or enjoy the beautiful sunset. Would recommend a room facing the bay. The breakfast was delightful with pastries, bread, and cheeses in addition to your entree. The rooms were modern and the bathrooms were exceptional with nice bathrobes and slippers. My wife and I travel a lot and we were pleasantly surprised and would recommend this hotel to our friends!
