We just returned from a family stay at Hard Rock Riviera Maya and had a truly enjoyable experience. The property is beautiful, the pools and beach area are stunning, and there was always something happening without it ever feeling overwhelming. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, yet still relaxing when you want it to be. A special thank you to our butlers, Gabriel and Samantha — they were absolutely the best part of our stay. They organized our pool chair and restaurant reservations seamlessly and took care of our daily needs without us ever having to ask twice. Their attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism truly elevated our experience and made our trip feel effortless. The food options were plentiful, the grounds were well maintained, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly and hardworking. We left feeling relaxed and grateful for the memories made. We would absolutely return.

Our experience at the Hard Rock Rivera Maya (Haven) resort was made truly unforgettable thanks to the outstanding butler service that was provided by Fernando and Lucio. From the moment we met them, they were attentive, professional, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging reservations, coordinating activities, checking in on us throughout the day, or simply making sure we were comfortable, the level of personalized service was exceptional. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made our vacation completely stress-free and luxurious. We truly felt like VIP guests throughout our entire stay. Thank you both for making our vacation so special. The exceptional butler service was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, and we would happily return!

Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue muy agradable. Queremos destacar especialmente la excelente atención de Lucio y Fernando, quienes fueron muy amables, atentos y serviciales en todo momento. Su trato hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. Las instalaciones y el ambiente del hotel fueron muy buenos y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía. Como único punto negativo, notamos un poco de humedad en la habitación, algo que sería bueno revisar para mejorar aún más la experiencia de los huéspedes. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos y definitivamente recomendaríamos el hotel. ¡Gracias a Lucio y Fernando por sus atenciones! ❤️ Familia Morales

We had a wonderful time in Hard Rock Riviera Maya! Love the pools! Also the beach. Very family oriented with lots of things to do! In restaurants I recommend Torio, Zen and we loved Ciao were Carlos Patricio Hoil was our waiter. I recommend our mayordomos Lucio and Fernando. They were excellent and also Fe in Resource Services helped us a lot. Beautiful shows, wonderful spa. For families and also for couples only is the perfect hotel in Riviera Maya

We just got back from a week long stay at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya! We had an amazing time and had two of the best butlers, Fernando & Lucio! They went above and beyond for our group of 22 and ensured we had the perfect pool chair locations, the best dinner reservations and had an all around amazing experience all week long! If you’re heading that way soon, I highly recommend you request Fernando & Lucio as your butler pair : you will not be disappointed. 10/10 experience all around!!!

Our stay at Heaven at Hard Rock Riviera Maya exceeded every expectation, and the people who made it so special deserve to be recognized. Our butlers, Daniel and Emmanuel, were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they were attentive, professional, and always one step ahead of our needs. Whether arranging reservations, helping with special requests, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, they made us feel like VIPs every day. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to exceptional service made our vacation completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to Ricardo, our pool server. Ricardo was phenomenal! He always greeted us with a smile, remembered our favorite drinks, and somehow managed to provide prompt, friendly service no matter how busy the pool was. His positive attitude and incredible work ethic added so much to our daily experience by the pool. We also want to recognize Alfredo at Faro Restaurant. He provided outstanding service and made every meal enjoyable. He was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests throughout our dining experience. His professionalism and warm personality truly stood out. The exceptional hospitality from Daniel, Emmanuel, Ricardo, Alfredo, and the entire Heaven staff is the reason Hard Rock Riviera Maya stands out from other resorts. They didn’t just provide excellent service—they created unforgettable memories that will keep us coming back. Thank you all for making our vacation one of the best we’ve ever had.
