Attended a conference. Nice rooms with smart TV and Netflix, fridge, safe, filtered water. Staff pleasant but not exceptional. Breakfast average despite egg and noodle stations. Good variety but average quality. Nasi lemak below average. No good local eateries. Wifi fast, but keeps disconnecting, leading to use of mobile data.

I am here for a week on a business trip, and I have no issues with this hotel. From the web operators to housekeeping and the front office, they have been extremely efficient. I also want to mention the in-room dining; the food is delicious and consistently arrives warm. I love the view too!!!

Lama gila nak check dkt kaunter nya 🤣 pool sesuai untuk budak, cuma kecik je pool nya, xde mainan dkt pool kanak2. Parking memeningkan. Tapi parking free just bagitahu number plat kereta dkt kaunter lobi. Bilik best, kedap bunyi, xde dengar bunyi2 bilik sebelah ke orang lalu ke, mmg sunyi . Tuala tersembunyi dkt almari tepi toilet. Ada banyak cabinet tersembunyi, kena cari macam cari harta karun. 🤣 Dalam building yg sama dengan convention center. Senang jalan. Ada 7 e. Kedai makan secret recipe kena naik jambatan g nexus sebelah. Kedai bawah vertical ni tak sure halal tak. Staf kaunter security semua mesra pelanggan.

I stayed at VE Residence for 2 weeks at their 1bedroom executive apartment. It was lovely. The apartment is big, spacious, and layout was great. It's modern design and room amenities are fantastic. The reception staff, housekeeping staff and room service staff all excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for long term or short term stay. My stay has been extremely comfortable. Thank you VE Residence team and management.

I would not recommend this hotel. The first room they gave me had dirty linen when I arrived. Then they changed the room to a smaller one that smelled like sewage. I stayed there for 6 days and the smell did not go away. The room was not very clean and the furniture was destroyed and outdated. One person of the staff was very rude as well when I arrived and explained the issues. They also tend to charge more for doing laundry for women than for men, which I find unfair. For ex: laundry for a man T-shirt is 12 RM, but they do not have the option for t-shirt for women, so they categorised my t-shirts as blouses and charged me 15 RM.
