Genuinely stay away from this hotel. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so ridiculous that it felt worth warning others about. On two consecutive days, I left the "Please Clean My Room" sign on my door. The first day I assumed housekeeping had simply missed it. The second day, when exactly the same thing happened, I went down to reception to ask why my room hadn't been cleaned. The response? "If you want your room cleaned, you have to pay €30." I was genuinely confused because I have never heard of a hotel charging guests extra to clean their room during their stay. I asked if that meant I would also have to pay for fresh towels and toilet paper. The receptionist told me that yes, fresh towels cost extra, but I could come down to reception and collect toilet paper myself. So apparently the solution is to walk through the hotel carrying two rolls of toilet paper back to your room. Not exactly the level of service you'd expect from a hotel. The list of extra charges doesn't stop there. Want to use the pool? That's €10 per hour. Honestly, I laughed when I heard that. To make matters worse, the blanket in my room had a pink lipstick stain on it. Since I don't wear pink lipstick, it's safe to say it wasn't mine. Not exactly reassuring when it comes to cleanliness standards. The hotel also doesn't make it particularly clear that various services come with additional charges, which seems to be a recurring theme here. Our shower leaked every single night, often in the middle of the night. I considered mentioning it, but by that point I was half expecting to be charged for reporting the issue. Overall, this was one of the strangest hotel experiences I've had. Between the lack of housekeeping, extra charges for basic amenities, stained bedding, leaking shower, and completely unhelpful reception staff, I genuinely cannot recommend staying here. There are far better places to stay in Marseille. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel et avions réservé un appartement. La décoration est très jolie et soignée. En revanche, l’environnement immédiat est moins agréable : l’hôtel se situe à proximité de l’autoroute et les alentours sont encore en travaux. Il reste toutefois bien placé, proche des docks et du centre commercial Les Terrasses du Port. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Nous avons constaté une petite erreur de facturation, qui a été rectifiée immédiatement. Pensez néanmoins à vérifier le débit. Heureusement que nous avions opté pour un appartement, car le petit-déjeuner est assez onéreux (21 € par personne). L’hôtel propose également un spa et une piscine, mais l’accès est facturé 10 € pour une heure ; nous n’en avons donc pas profité. Le lit était confortable, en revanche le canapé-lit l’était un peu moins. Pour une nuit, cela reste acceptable, mais pour un séjour plus long cela pourrait être plus gênant. Enfin, quelques ustensiles manquent dans la cuisine (bouilloire, grille-pain), ce qui est dommage pour un appartement. Un séjour correct pour une courte durée, avec quelques points à améliorer.

Je recommande cet appart’hôtel à 100 % J’ai passé un excellent séjour à Marseille. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, souriant et toujours à l’écoute. À chaque fois que j’avais une question ou un besoin, on m’a répondu rapidement. J’ai signalé un petit problème dans ma chambre et il a été réglé très vite, ce qui montre leur sérieux et leur réactivité. La décoration est magnifique, les chambres sont propres et agréables, et le petit-déjeuner est très bon avec un bon choix. Franchement, tout était parfait. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse, je reviendrai avec plaisir

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. My partner and I stayed from 30 April to 6 May, and not once was our room cleaned or serviced. As we’re about to check out tomorrow, we ran out of toilet paper and had to go down to reception to request more. We also had to wait until we saw cleaning staff on our floor just to ask for fresh towels. It left a very poor impression, especially while on holiday. You expect to make the most of your time, not return each day to the same unclean room. It really makes you question what you’re actually paying for. To make matters worse, the coffee pods were not properly stocked. I had to ask for more on the second day, only to be told that additional pods had to be purchased, which is not standard in most hotels. The check-in time is also extremely late at 5 PM, while check-out is at 10 AM, which feels unreasonably early. Lastly, the bathroom door was already broken when we arrived. This level of service and upkeep is simply unacceptable, especially in a city like Marseille, known for its warmth and hospitality.

Assez déçue de notre séjour d'une nuit dans cet appart hôtel. Les chambres sont bien, assez grandes et propres, c'était agréable. En revanche au niveau du service il y a de quoi s'améliorer : nous avons réservé plus tôt dans la semaine en précisant bien que nous venions dans cet hotel exclusivement pour profiter de l'espace bien être, notamment sauna et hammam. Nous avons eu plusieurs personnes de la réception, et aucunes ne nous a prévenu que le sauna était hors service.......... on a l'impression de se faire un peu avoir!

Joli Appart'Hôtel très propre. Grand lit 180x200 confortable, salle de bain spacieuse. Bien situé, à côté des terrasses du port et des Docks pour shopping, trawm à proximité.Vue magnifique sur la mer ! Petit point négatif, parking payant comme partout à Marseille. 20 euro 24h. Le meilleur appart hôtel que l'on est fait jusqu'à présent. Je conseil fortement
