Wir waren zu zweit für drei Nächte dort. Die Zimmer sind klein, die Betten gemütlich und die Klimaanlage war angenehm leise. Bezüglich Sauberkeit gibt es definitiv Luft nach oben und der Hausmeister sollte auch mal das oder andere wieder festschrauben. Die Lage ist prima. Restaurants und Diners gibt es genug um die Ecke. Viele Sachen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Gleichzeitig ist es für den Standort vergleichsweise leise.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, rooms are great, the pool is wonderful and the staff are super friendly and nice. Valentina and Florence and everyone was super helpful and accommodating! Will definitely come again

Do not recommend. I really wanted to like UMA House because it has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the overall experience didn’t justify the price. The positives first: the room was very spacious, the rooftop pool was beautiful, and the location is excellent for exploring Miami Beach. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The Wi-Fi never worked properly during our stay, and the air conditioning in our room also didn’t work correctly, which is a major issue in Miami. To make matters worse, our bed was against the back side of the building where the large commercial HVAC units were located. The constant noise sounded like sleeping next to an MRI machine, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The elevator situation was also incredibly frustrating. Only one of the two elevators would stop on our floor (Level 2), while the other was out of service only for that floor. There was no way to specifically call the working elevator, and we were never informed of this at check-in. We repeatedly found ourselves unable to reach our room because the wrong elevator would arrive. The room phone didn’t work, so every time we needed assistance we had to use our cell phones to call the front desk. Even then, it often took three or more calls before someone answered. Hospitality was disappointing overall. Staff were dismissive when we raised concerns. There was also no bellhop or offer to help with luggage, which was surprising considering the price point. Another disappointment was the $180 additional service charge when there is such a lack of service throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooftop pool closes at 8:00 p.m., which in the summer is before sunset. It seems like a missed opportunity for guests who want to enjoy the rooftop in the evening. Overall, this hotel has a great location, attractive common areas, and spacious rooms, but those positives don’t outweigh the lack of basic necessities and service. When Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a functioning room phone, a reliable elevator, and quality customer service are all issues, the cost cannot be justified. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Spacious rooms, finally not a bath tub to shower in. Water pressure was low. Free wine from 5 to 6 at pool bar. Free Beach towels and beds. 1 hour free bike rental. The general atmosphere is relaxed thoughtfully decorated. Rooms were clean, WiFi kept giving issues, had to relog now and then. Real good location for exploring south beach.

La experiencia está siendo excelente. Destaco especialmente la atención del personal: todos son muy amables, atentos y el servicio se siente realmente personalizado. En especial, la atención de las chicas argentinas es excelente, siempre súper amables y predispuestas a ayudar. La limpieza es impecable, la cama súper cómoda y la pileta muy linda. Estoy disfrutando muchísimo mi estadía y sin dudas lo recomiendo.

I really enjoyed my time here. The hotel was comfortable and peaceful, and everything was clean and well looked after. The staff was welcoming and made the whole experience very pleasant. I would definitely return!
