The Flash Hotel is central, and noisy. Travelled with elderly mum and sister for birthday. We were treated like 3rd class citizens when trying to get breakfast or dinner. No tables unless you were vips? Who knew? Disgusting way to treat people. Waiting more than 30 minutes for a table to sit at whilst everyone else was seated. There was a sectioned off area for VIPs that we couldn't sit in even with an 80+ old mother. Never again in my life would I return here. We had to eat out for the duration of our trip and the restaurant manager was an evil rude man. Good luck to you if you go here! We never will.

This hotel doesn't deserve even one star. The rooms were extremely dirty, with stained bedding that clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The bathroom was in a shocking condition, with mold throughout and a toilet that still had stains from previous guests' urine and faeces. The overall level of hygiene was completely unacceptable. The smell inside the hotel was horrendous. There was a constant mix of cigarette smoke and cooking odours coming through the air conditioning. Guests were smoking inside the building, which raised serious safety concerns and made the environment very unpleasant. The bedding, furniture, and room furnishings were all of very poor quality. The entire place felt well below hostel standard, not only because of the cheap furniture but, more importantly, because of the lack of cleanliness. Noise was another major issue. There was loud music, drinking, and shouting from the bar below and nearby guests until around 6 a.m. We couldn't get any sleep. This is definitely not a place to stay if you expect a quiet night's rest. We complained about the condition of the room, but the alternative offered was no better. We felt so uncomfortable that we slept fully clothed and were too disgusted to use the shower. Even the toiletries appeared to be refilled, dusty, and unhygienic. This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. It is difficult to understand how this property is rated as a four-star hotel. Between the poor hygiene, cigarette smoke, constant noise, and extremely low standard of service, our stay was a complete disappointment. We left as soon as we could. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to save their money and book somewhere else.

This review is juxtaposed due to the differing extremities in the different departments. Upon entry the aesthetics give a sterling impression. Reception staff are acceptable but not overly friendly. Things were wrong immediately. We contacted them 9 weeks in advance due to disability to request a low floor and walk in shower. Our room was the 11th floor with bath and overhead shower. They said it was subject to availability, but we spoke to people who had only booked 4 weeks prior and were given the exact type of room we had requested! One receptionist who I want to single out however, is Alexander, who is outstanding at his job and in my opinion, should be management. He does what he says he will do and with a good heart and efficiency. He is professional and speaks multiple languages. His service to us was way better than some of the management. Problems were many. Two small double beds pushed together in a small room only realistically able to take one, and sold it to us as a family room. The phone was filthy. Covered in dirt and thick dust. I went to reception to tell them that they had forgotten to put the duvets on our beds, only to be told that they don't have duvets; at all. This is quite bizarre for a hotel. There are no USB ports. This is 100% unacceptable in 2026. Tea and coffee is only there for the day you arrive and is not replenished daily. There are no room service facilities. There is no vanity mirror above the desk/dressing table. There is no iron or ironing board. All things we expect as standard in a hotel room. They were very old beds and no mattress protectors. The pillows were inside bolster pillow cases that were far too big for them. A big sticker had been attached to the toilet to advise that it was disinfected. Yes, the toilet was clean, however the bathroom wasn't. The shower screen was absolutely filthy. The taps were dirty, stained and corroded and were not cleaned all week. Air conditioning didn't work. A tradesman told us that it was working at full power. It was exceptionally weak. The balcony door was broken and didn't close or lock. The pool has limited opening times so no early morning or evening swims but it doesn't end there. No swimming whatsoever as the water is so cold that it's physically impossible. Either their pool water heating system is broken or they don't have one at all. We didn't sunbathe as the sun loungers were filthy,(See photos). A lot of the dining room crockery smelled of dirty dishwater. Management denied the issue, so I had to purchase my own cup and glass to use and carefully check each plate or bowl. Now here comes the enormous juxtaposition. The chefs were amazing, friendly and helpful people and the food was exquisite; not only delicious but also prepared and presented in a first class manner with exceptional choice and catered for all classes and tastes. The evening entertainment was hit and miss. We saw two phenomenal acts, but most were corny/cheesy.

The hotel was filthy the bathroom was dirty 1 day no toilet roll 1,day left hand towels for bath towels 1 day no bath mat or hand towels dirty cushions on the beds mostly happened at weekend the corridor was filthy still same dirt on hall carpet when we were leaving as when we arrived . Bin bag of rubbish or sheets not sure which in corridor at door way for 2 days still there when we left Off beer in pool bar tasted of bleach . No friendly staff . Only ate a couple of times food cold we have stayed before and never had problems lots of customers were complaining such a shame management arnt on top of all this as always been a decent Hotel up until this visit .never again more due to Hitel being filthy.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed here last year. Food great, pool great. We did come across a very loud blonde haired woman in her early 50s who used to stagger back from Morgan's Tavern shouting about. She was with a tall man who was trying to keep her quiet. I heard him call her Bev

The hotel is new and so very comfortable. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and we had a restful sleep each night. The rooms are spacious and bathroom is big but the shower is not great for a full body wash as it high and static with little pressure. The views are great if you are facing front not sure on back. The food is ok, typical holiday food, no surprises but the breakfast is very nice and the beans are so like heinz. The pool area is quite big, lots of beds, no scramble or arguing for sunbeds and the pool bar is near and cheap and so friendly. The hotel is very central to the action and it really is, right near where they film the Benidorm series (Solana around the corner and Neptune across the road) as well as so many places to go drinking and the beach ⛱️ is about a 2 minute walk across the road. This is a child free hotel which is great for adults who want peace. All in all a great hotel for the price, were already booking our next stay.
