Wij zijn 2 weken op Langkawi geweest en weten inmiddels dat dit het leukste fijnste en mooiste hotel is op dit eiland. Het personeel is echt geweldig en de locatie meer dan top. Je voelt je zeer welkom en thuis. Dit hotel met de mensen die er werken is 5 sterren waardig!!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay (June). The hotel itself was nice and everything worked as expected. The rooms were comfortable and we didn’t have any major complaints. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We accidentally left our iPad in the room after checking out, and when we were already at the airport, a member of the team personally brought it to us. We were extremely grateful for such outstanding service. That said, we do feel the hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. While everything was perfectly fine, we expected more considering the price. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the beach isn’t particularly comfortable for swimming. We also found the pool to have a rather unusual smell and it wasn’t as clean as we had expected. The breakfast was decent, but fairly average. Overall, it’s a good hotel with excellent staff, but we don’t think the experience fully justifies the price.

The location is so beautiful and peaceful. The staff is very friendly. Sunsets are a bliss to watch from this place. The pool and jacuzzi are very convenient to access. Breakfast spread is delicious and healthy.

The staff and the location cannot be faulted. From the minute we arrived the entire team could not do enough for us. Iced water, fresh fruit and frozen juice all brought to the sun loungers along with a cold towel are the small touches that really stand out. One minor gripe is the amount of loungers by the pool that get reserved by other guests. I could be the only person at breakfast but every single lounger had a towel on it already with nobody in sight.

Hands down one of the best beach resorts I have been in. The service was incredible and our rooms and view were so good! We could walk to the beach from our room and it wasn't crowded like other mega chains. The room had such thoughtful additions to make our stay easier

We stayed here for week in January. It truly is a very special place. The staff are amazing and really go the extra mile to make sure everyone is having the best time. Breakfast was the highlight for us with a great selection of hot and good food and the best OJ we ever had. Nice little beach restaurant for lunch or dinner. Not a big hotel and will be better after it’s full refurb this summer as rooms big but a tad tired looking. Spa was excellent and great value. Hotel on edge of the town so easy walking to other restaurants and shops. Spectacular views from the hotel at sunset. V chilled vibe with beautiful pool and plenty sunbeds. Highly recommend this hotel.
