Banyan Tree Lang Co에서의 시간이 더 특별하게 기억에 남는 이유는 단연 서비스였습니다. 특히 담당해주신 올가님 덕분에 머무는 내내 정말 편안하고 감동적인 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요. 단순히 친절한 수준이 아니라, 세심하게 하나하나 신경 써주시고 항상 따뜻하게 응대해주셔서 진심으로 케어받는 느낌이 들었습니다. 작은 요청도 빠르게 도와주시고 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 여행 내내 기분 좋게 지낼 수 있었어요. 그리고 조식도 정말 기대 이상이었어요…✨ 종류도 다양하고 하나같이 너무 맛있어서 아침 먹는 시간이 기다려질 정도였습니다. 분위기까지 좋아서 하루를 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었어요. 지금까지 경험했던 호텔 서비스 중에서도 손에 꼽을 만큼 최고의 서비스와 친절, 그리고 감동을 느낄 수 있었던 곳입니다. 다음에 다시 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 만나고 싶은 소중한 기억으로 남았어요 :)

The most exceptional stay we have ever had. Banyan Tree Lang Co has set the bar so high that it will be difficult to match anywhere else. My wife and I visited to celebrate her birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the team made her feel truly special. We were warmly upgraded from a Lagoon Pool Villa to a Beach Pool Villa, a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the entire stay. Later, Olga took us on a buggy tour of the expansive property, making it feel less like a resort and more like being introduced to a small village by the sea. Our Beach Pool Villa was outstanding: spacious, beautifully designed, with a private plunge pool, a peaceful garden, and direct access to the beach, with lush green mountains creating a spectacular backdrop. Waking up to watch the sunrise from our bed each morning was a moment we will never forget. Our villa host, Tuan, was exceptional throughout our stay. Always available via WhatsApp, he anticipated our needs, shared thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. Hieu, who welcomed us on arrival and saw us off at departure, was equally warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was the best we experienced in Vietnam, with an impressive variety of dishes and morning mimosas adding a special touch. Ngan Phan, the Quality & Guest Experience Manager, personally looked after us each morning and made every breakfast memorable. Saffron, the resort's signature Thai restaurant, delivered an excellent dinner with refined flavours and impeccable presentation. Azura, located by the beach, was perfect for a relaxed Italian-Mediterranean lunch. Linh, who served us at the bar, was warm, attentive, and a pleasure to talk to. My wife's birthday itself was unforgettable. The team celebrated her not once but three times, at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, each with a thoughtful surprise. As part of the birthday celebrations, we planted a tree through the resort's Greening Programme, creating a meaningful memory we will cherish for years. The 20% birthday discount extended across dining, spa treatments, and other experiences was a generous and much-appreciated touch. At the spa, Thao took exceptional care of us. The treatments, surroundings, and sense of calm afterwards were genuinely restorative. The thoughtful touches continued right through to our departure. At checkout, we were presented with a framed photograph from our stay, a keepsake we will treasure. As we left, a group of team members, including our villa host, gathered to say goodbye, while cold towels and bottled water were thoughtfully provided for our onward journey. What truly sets Banyan Tree Lang Co apart is its people. Every team member we encountered, including Tuan, Olga, Ngan, Hieu, Linh, and Thao, along with many others whose names we unfortunately did not catch, showed genuine warmth, attentiveness, and pride in what they do. We arrived as guests and left feeling as though we were saying goodbye to friends. Thank you to the entire Banyan Tree Lang Co team for making my wife's birthday truly unforgettable.

Our stay at the Banyan Tree was perfect, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Xuan and Yen. They are both amazing, supportive, and made our stay truly unforgettable. Xuan was a superstar- she helped me plan every detail of my marriage proposal and ensured the entire setup was flawless. I couldn't have done it without her! Yen provided world-class assistance. She is the most helpful and service-oriented person we’ve ever met also so nice and always going above and beyond with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for the wonderful care from these two!

The location of the villa is far away from the city central (around 1 hr from the city central) , but you will find everything worths it after enjoying the extraordinary hospitality, stunning views and comfortable room in Banya Tree. Food: Breakfast is above the average with various options and styles to choose from including make your own juice and meals with chia seeds. Spa: extraordinary, stress relieved. Crews: Special thanks to Jade to provide assistance and reservation during our stay. Each staff in Banyan Tree is professional. Hotel also provides 1 day taxi rental service if you need visiting city center. View: stunning. Highly recommend to reserve beach villa
