El buffet fatal y encina de que las alitas estén recalentadas , secas y viejas El jamón huele mal buenas parte era de las Palitos de pescado del congelado con sabor a fritanga , el huevo hervido seco super seco, Todo lo que probé está igual tuve que salir fuera a comer Encima hay que escuchar decirle al jefe de turno del buffet que no debemos dejar comida cuando nada de la comida prácticamente se puede comer De 5 pm a 8pm no hay ni un bar dentro te tú es que ir fuera del hotel o comprar fuera No solo se queda La habitación con un ventilador para tres y el baño se le cae la cortina podría seguir diciendo más Ese es todo el jabón y shampoo que ponen para 3 personas.. Sin palabras no les recomiendo venir aquí ni solos ni con famila Van a pasar calor y no van a poder cenar en condiciones

The hotel is in a very good location, right by the sea although there is a construction site next door which will probably block the seaview after it's finished. The food is delicious, great variety, well prepared, also with gluten free options. A special mention goes to restaurant servers at the cash desk, who are always smiling, extremely polite, and makes guests feel very welcome. The rooms may be a little dated, but provides everything you need. Overall, we are having a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Ants all over the room, red hot, fans were useless, balcony door was broke, to be perfectly honest after hearing about the deaths i was weary, pools were locked early in the day. However the breakfast is lovely, cant say the same about the dinner. Everything is an additional cost, the safe was ridiculous money just for peace of mind. Genuinely could walk into any room of the guests and no staff would question it.

This is our third stay at these apartments. My thoughts are very mixed so it’s a difficult review to write. Overall it’s a nice place to stay, but there are silly things that let it down, that could easily be avoided. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful on arrival. Most of the staff on the complex are friendly too. There was one male member of staff on the dining room reception desk who was friendly but then a little rude on one occasion. I went to wrap up 6 biscuits for me and my husband to have in the room with a cup of tea after breakfast and I was told that it wasn’t allowed. I have no problem with that, ‘BUT’ he followed it up by sarcastically saying “there’s a supermarket over the road!” whilst walking away from me. He didn’t need to say it. I was ok with being told that taking food from the dining room was not allowed - I didn’t need a sarcastic follow up. The room we stayed in obviously needs a refurb. Most of the rooms around the main pool have been refurbished and we’ve stayed in these on previous stays and I don’t remember any issues. We were in block 11 this time which hasn’t been refurbished - no problem with that. The standard apartment was the only accommodation available at the time of booking. However there is no excuse for the filthy floors and worn out towels! I wiped the floor with a wet wipe and my husband walked around one evening, before we realised how filthy the floor was, and the state of his socks! (see photos). We initially had nice blue shower and hand towels which we left hanging up; these were changed for beige towels that had seen better days (see photo). The door into the bedroom dragged on the floor, another easy fix (see video). I don’t think any maintenance is carried out in these rooms as they’re probably waiting to refurb. We were given 1 sachet of body wash and 1 sachet of shampoo between 2 of us for 2 days (rooms are serviced every other day). My husband asked for more; the maid left an additional 6 each. Why not do this to start with? The following day we were left with nice bottles of body wash and shampoo. These might be new and an excellent improvement on the paper sachets. The pool area is nice and kept tidy. There’s a lot of building works happening next to Galeon Playa. There’s noise from this especially on the back pool area and the rooms around the rear of the complex starting from around 7.30-8am. Not a lot Galeon Playa can do about this. Overall a nice stay, but marred by a silly comment and easy cleaning and maintenance fixes. As I said it’s our third stay here but because of the maintenance and cleaning issues it has put us off coming back again.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the end of august, this hotel is in an amazing location, right by the sea and surrounded by plenty of amazing restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious with a big bathroom alongside a big living space, the rooms, consistently cleaned and well supplied with towels and fresh sheets which also made our stay even more pleasant, the food was good with noticeable change to what we could eat day by day, the staff were lovely from greeting you upon arrival to just seeing you around the facilities, the pools are cleaned daily with a good amount of sunbeds at our disposal. I would definitely recommend, our only issue was air conditioning, and while a fan is supplied we wished at points we had air conditioning due to the amazing hot weather, however the fan does the job.

Estancia horrible. Empezando desde el horario que esta pensado para los extranjeros y el horario de cenas por ejemplo corta a las 21:00. Tambien nos informan de que las habitaciones se limpian cada dos dias y el cambio de sabanas cada 4. Por supuesto llegamos a la habitación y estaba lleno de pelusas y pelos por el suelo. Pero no acaba aqui. Al día siguiente despertamos y teníamos todo el lavabo lleno de hormigas, reclamamos a recepción y nos dicen que que queremos que hagan, que en Lanzarote es común encontrar hormigas. Perdona, es inadmisible vamos. En este hotel la limpieza brilla por su ausencia tanto en habitaciones como en zonas comunes. Posibilidad hasta de infecciones. RECOMIENDO NO HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE HOTEL.
