Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel + vstupenky do Disneyland Paris

This was the worst customer service / room experience I’ve had at a hotel (both Disney and others) ever. I booked 2 rooms for a one night stay for the 6 of us along with the 2-day Park Hopper /ultimate pass. We are longtime fans of Disney and have stayed at both Walt Disney World in Florida and Disneyland in California more than 15x so I say this with real context: this experience did not come close to the standard of service we've come to expect from Disney properties. Here is a summary of what happened: - At check-in, none of our room keys worked, requiring a trip back down to the front desk to get functioning keys. - Once in our room, the AC unit displayed 19°C, but the room felt closer to 24°C or warmer. When we called to ask about this, we were told the unit was already at its lowest setting, and no one was sent to check it. AND I WANT TO COMMENT THIS WAS NOT DURING THE HEATWAVE BUT DUTING A NORMAL 80-85 degree day. - At 5:30pm, on our way back into the park, we stopped at the desk and explained that our thermostat reading did not match how the room actually felt, especially compared to our second room, and asked that someone check the unit while we were out. This request was not followed up on. - We returned after 11pm to find the room still hot and the AC still not working. We went back down to report it again. By this point, part of our group was in pajamas, exhausted from a full park day and jet lagged, which understandably added to our frustration. Despite our frustration, I want to specifically acknowledge two staff members who handled the situation with real care. Natalia, at the front desk, was kind and attentive throughout, and ultimately made sure we got a working room. Raphael, from maintenance, was courteous and professional when he came to check the unit, and he readily acknowledged that the room temperature clearly did not match the thermostat reading. Both of them were a credit to your team, even as the broader situation around us was frustrating. That said, the process itself was flawed: despite our having flagged the issue at 5:30pm and asked for it to be checked while we were out, Natalia's manager insisted we go back upstairs with Raphael to verify the problem again before a new room would be provided, rather than acting on our earlier request. We were finally given keys to a new room after Midnight! Natalia mentioned she would inform the day manager of what happened, but at checkout the next day, there was no record or acknowledgment of the issue on file. To add insult to injury not once but 2x at 9:30-10 am after not yet being awake or ready to depart our room yet for the 11am checkout I had to stop house keeping from barging in after barely a knock,

Agréable séjour en couple à l’hôtel Art of Marvel. L’univers est immersif et l’ambiance vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous tenions surtout à saluer plusieurs personnes qui ont fait la différence. Justine, d’abord, qui a pris le temps d’échanger avec nous, de nous poser des questions sur notre séjour et de nous donner de précieux conseils sur Val d’Europe — une attention sincère qui fait chaud au cœur. Malek, ensuite, pour son excellent sens du service : toujours disponible, attentionné et d’une grande gentillesse. Et un mot également pour Flamingo, lui aussi très sympathique et d’un service très agréable. Nous avons été très bien servis à l’ESC de l’hôtel. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et son accueil, qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Incredible hotel. Stayed here this week with my wife and two boys. Rooms were very clean and it felt very classy. Some bits could do with some touch ups, mainly bathrooms as the extractor fan didn’t work in ours. One cool touch was the TV was built into the mirror and had a lovely personal touch when you turned it on! The facilities around the hotel are excellent, swimming pools and changing facilities were clean and of good temperature also noted good for people who have disabilities. The staff are brilliant, throughout the complex, so lovely and patient with everyone and made the whole experience so much more special. We also had food in the downtown restaurant which was a buffet style but all fresh food. The chefs do an amazing job along with the waiting staff. The range of foods on offer will cater for everyone, just make sure to let them know of allergies. You have to try all the desserts fyi, you’ll see what I mean…. If you’re wanting to spend that little more on a hotel close to the main park and fancy a little comfort, then this is the place for you. We loved it so much, we’re planning another visit for Easter 2028!!! Thank you to all at Disney Hotel New York, À bientôt ❤️

Nada más llegar al hotel hablamos con Laura para el check in, como ya lo había hecho por la app me dijo que ya estaba todo, nada más. La atención fue bastante decepcionante, me puso pegas para aceptar un papel de accesibilidad porque no indicaba la enfermedad, le dije que eso era privado, tal y como pone en la web, y me dijo que tenía que poner el número de la lista, porque sino eso lo podía tener todo el mundo (ilógico) y además de que en la lista no hay ningún número previo, se lo dije más tarde al comprobarlo y pasar a pedirle las tarjetas físicas porque no me las ofreció anteriormente, pero nada, me dijo que estaba desactualizada esa lista, y se puso a contar como diciéndome que pusieran así el número…En realidad, quizás era ella la desactualizada, porque en el edificio del parque no me pusieron ningún problema para hacerme el carnet. Cuando volvimos a la recepción al medio día para entrar en la habitación, encontramos a Virginia, MARAVILLOSA. Nos explicó todo el hotel, nos dio chapas adaptadas ya que no tenía las de primera vez, y fue encantadora. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, pero la potencia del agua del grifo es muy floja. Muy guay para ver a los personajes, coincidimos con Black Panther y Spiderman.

We visited in July and had the best time. I wasn’t sure whether to stay here or elsewhere for cheaper, but the hotel is definitely worth the extra money. So close to the Disney parks and just gorgeous. The marvel art work is superb and everything in the hotel is special. The studio experience is definitely worth it too. Kids loved it. The food was great at breakfast and we ate at the manhattan restaurant one night. It was probably the best food we had at Disney. A huge shout out to Camille, who went above and beyond to help us and started our trip off in the best way. Thank you for your kindness, you’re amazing.

Una experiencia excepcional; un hotel temático increíble para ir en familia Alojarse en este hotel es una auténtica pasada, especialmente si a los chicos (y a los grandes) les encanta el mundo de Marvel. Todo el diseño y la ambientación son de primer nivel. Lo que destaco: Temática y ambiente: El arte de Marvel está presente en cada rincón. Ver los escudos, las armaduras y las piezas de exposición hace que la estancia sea súper inmersiva y emocionante. Habitaciones y confort: Las instalaciones son amplias, muy cómodas, limpias y cuidadas al detalle para descansar después de un día intenso en los parques. Ubicación y servicio: Está muy bien ubicado, con un acceso cómodo y un personal sumamente atento y profesional que hace que te sientas como en casa. Un hotel excepcional y 100% recomendable para redondear una escapada mágica.
