Nuestra experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. Viajamos en familia, éramos 6 personas, y desde el primer día nos sentimos muy bien acompañados. Queremos destacar especialmente a Henry, quien nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y estuvo atento a lo que necesitábamos. Las instalaciones están muy bien preparadas para disfrutar en familia. Durante nuestra estadía celebramos un cumpleaños y todo salió muy lindo. También disfrutamos mucho las actividades nocturnas en la plaza, que le dan un ambiente muy especial al hotel. La playa es hermosa. Recomiendo caminar para conocer toda la zona por la costa. Cuando fuimos, justo frente al hotel había algunas algas, pero caminando apenas unos metros ya se encontraba todo despejado y muy disfrutable. Queremos destacar especialmente a Carolina del Star Camp, que tuvo una calidez y una atención increíble con nuestros hijos. Su energía, dedicación y forma de conectar con los chicos hicieron que disfrutaran muchísimo cada actividad y que nosotros, como familia, nos sintiéramos muy cómodos y tranquilos. Personas así realmente marcan la diferencia en unas vacaciones. También destacamos la gastronomía, la organización general del hotel y el ambiente familiar que se vive en todo momento. Sin dudas fue una experiencia muy linda y nos llevamos recuerdos hermosos.

Hotel lujoso, limpio y ordenado. Personal increíble. Todos con buena onda y atentos. Mención especial para Starling Concierge que nos acompaño en toda la estadía. La comida ESPECTACULAR. A mejorar: limpieza de la playa la cual junta sargazo y basura y deberían hacerlo mas veces al dia. Las restricciones a meterse al mar eran exageradas ya que en otros hoteles la gente se metia. El horario del gimnasio está adaptado a la vida canadiense (mayoria de los huéspedes), y para nosotros debería ser más extendido a la tardecita. Por lo demás todo de 10. Un placer haber venido!

My boyfriend and I vacationed here and were very happy with the quality of the resort! The wifi is great, so if you’re thinking about buying an eSIM (like I was), it’s not necessary unless you plan on leaving the resort. The beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs. We were also very impressed by how well-maintained the property is! One unique feature were the peacocks; there were about 10 of them (maybe more) around the resort and they were comfortable around people. The food is good, though the restaurants and buffet serve the same quality - so don’t go to the Italian restaurant expecting the pizza to be different from the buffet. Regardless, my boyfriend and I were pleased with the meals for the most part, until we ate at Sakura, the Japanese restaurant… I’m not sure if he had a bad piece of meat, or maybe the sushi was spoiled, or maybe the rice ball he caught in his mouth tossed by the chef was contaminated, but my boyfriend spent a day and a half in our room with food poisoning. It definitely put a damper on our vacation and we weren’t comfortable returning to Sakura to risk the same outcome. I brought this concern up with guest services hoping there could be something done (like a safe food-handling review or a quality check) so that the next person doesn’t suffer like my boyfriend did. Unfortunately, I’m not sure my worries were taken seriously. We understand that mistakes happen but it would have been nice to be assured that the staff would follow up with the kitchen to assure future tourists don’t get sick. Other than that hiccup, if you’re looking for a family-friendly, high quality resort to stay at for vacation, I highly recommend!

Estuvimos hace poquitos días en el hotel, vinimos desde Uruguay. Quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal en especial la de Verónica una craaack! La comida súper variada y riquísima. Lo mismo las bebidas. Lo único que quisiera dejar como mejora que entiendo tienen su protocolo es buscar una forma en la cual no se desperdicie tanta comida a la basura y ver la forma de dársela a las personas y/o animales que no tienen.

La verdad que disfrutamos muchísimo la estadía. La comida muy rica y variada, los restaurantes temáticos fueron de lo mejor. El hotel siempre estuvo muy limpio y todo muy cuidado. La atención de los mozos fue excelente, siempre muy amables y predispuestos. También queremos destacar a Daniel y Manuel por la buena onda y la energía en las actividades. Con Los juegos de Burbuja tmb nos divertimos un montón. Nos llevamos una muy linda experiencia.

Great hotel. Delicious food. Excellent shows and nightlife. We love the music at the plaza! Luna and her band were amazing! The food was amazing, wide variety. The staff were helpful and friendly, Starlin in the front desk was very helpful and provided good customer service. Some of the cleaning ladies seemed unhappy, I can imagine they are underpaid and overworked, so people make sure to tip them too! Loved the beach. The rooms could use some updating. I like that they are an eco friendly space and do not provide plastic water bottles. Excellent place to go with families and children. I would definitely go back and take my grandchildren. Only Issue was the noise made by a peacock! He was literally in our porch area every day!He’s cute but would wake you up very early.
