I had a very disappointing experience at Jaz Neo Ivory Hotel. I only stayed for one night before an early morning flight, hoping for a comfortable and restful stay. Unfortunately, the room I was given was extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to sleep. In addition, I arranged an airport transfer through the hotel and paid in advance. The price was already about ten times higher than the normal market rate. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the airport, the driver demanded additional payment. This was completely unacceptable and felt like a scam. Overall, this was the worst experience of my entire trip. I feel that I was taken advantage of by both the hotel and the driver. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

😡😡 From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the experience was disappointing, and the issue seems to be common across Jaz hotels. Upon arrival, the elevator was not working, and the reception staff showed no willingness to help—simply asking us to carry our luggage ourselves without offering any assistance. The room was below average, with a poor view. The bathroom was also not in good condition, and the exhaust fan was not functioning. There was no proper welcome drink—just a single bottle of water, even though the room was booked for two people. In fact, there was barely any sense of welcome at all. Overall, the standard is very low compared to the price and the hotel’s star rating. It honestly feels more like a basic hostel rather than a hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort or a pleasant stay.

the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. the rooms have old furniture and drinks in the minibar are not free. breakfast was the best part — buffet with a wide variety for every taste, and there was a chef making omelets. the pool was clean, although we didn’t swim there. friendly security guards always helped us open the door with the baby stroller.

好，离机场非常近，给我的108房间比较大，环境还不错，有电梯，有餐厅可以吃早饭，酒店前台工作人员可以给预订一些旅游活动，去玩了沙漠冲沙，司机送回来的晚了一些，退房时没有额外收钱，目前在开罗，赫尔格达，卢克索住过的所有酒店当中对比，这家象牙酒店是目前住过的环境最满意的一个

Oriental studio like space with decor matching the environment around the hotel. I liked the location to airport, design, clean rooms and plenty of nearby services with friendly staff. I notice they gradually increased the price for the same room for no clear reason. I would consider it for another visit, hopefully they keep the standards up and the price down.
